CATCH ME IF YOU CAN A very fruity and refreshing cocktail thanks to the pineapple juice and fresh raspberries, blended with Chambord and Matusalem rum, topped up with champagne. ISOLA BELLA A balanced mix of fresh Passoa and Cointreau, given structure by lychee, fresh passion and a slice of lime juice to cut the sweetness, topped up with champagne.
SECRET GARDEN Simple and refreshing. Tanqueray gin based drink with cucumber, basil, lime juice and Apple juice. St Germain liqueur brings a floral note which remains as an after taste. A touch of black pepper is added for garnish.
DOLCE VITA A classic Italian aperitif drink made of Aperol, soda water and Prosecco. It is served over ice and garnished with an olive and orange slice following the old and traditional recipe.

M O C K TA I L S APPLE MOJITO A delicious classic drink made of fresh mint, lime, sugar, soda water and apple juice. Refreshing at all times, go for it. SCARLET SAIL Rich and very fruity. This blend of Strawberry and basil is mixed with lemon juice and Sugar syrup. Served over crushed ice. BARRACUDA Based on fizzy ginger soda, this drink has some spicy notes.
