High performance operator free optimizer High performance edger optimizer designed for unmanned production, without an operator seat. The system offers an intelligent board separation with automatic camera surveillance, top and bottom transverse four edge scanning and board positioning during the acceleration towards the edger. The system is equipped with a state of the art optimization package with a user friendly operator interface including the possibility for simulation during production, web based statistic and reports. The unscrambler concept offers unmanned production due to integrated systems for detection of skewed boards and also boards on top of each other for automatic push down to the unscrambler pocket. A pneumatic operated waste flap in the pocket allows the operator to reject badly curved boards. The saw box is equipped with air/water cooled saws for extreme fast setting and also offers skewing during the cutting. The edger lid is raised via push button control for easy maintenance. The edger optimizer is designed in modules to allow easy adaption to each individual customers needs. The system is as standard equipped with 2 or 3 saws but can also be supplied with a 4 saw edger box and picker finger out feed.
