Camera window
Attachable to Cable Surface
Optical glass on the camera window and a half-mirror that can also be used in laser light source interferometry. High-quality, accurate images (0.3μm※) can be taken. ※According to our analysis.
Cable can be bent flat against the mounting surface. Installation is possible using the mounting holes on the cable surface.
