The signal wire should lead to indoor unit 5 cores internal power supply cable leads to indoor unit5 poles terminal block 9 cores internal digital wire cable leads to indoor unit9 poles terminal block Wire controller pannel It connect outdoor unit by wire and quick-conncetfitting.The wire controller leads to room. Room temperature sensor It connect outdoor unit by wire and quick-connect fitting.It should lead to room ,and should be fixedby sensor holder .The room temperature sensor device should fixed on wall in the room. It included the rated power performance and internal power cable performance and internal digital wire 13 From up to down is the 3 sets data for timer OR electric heater Heating function Room heating Tank heating 14 BUTTON EXPLANATION Before switching on the unit press this button for 5 seconds to turn on the user’s setting function. Press this button for 10 seconds to turn on the manufacture parameter setting function. After switching on the unit. Press this button for 5 seconds to set heater manually or heater automatically just press transienctly to select heater consumption. Press shortly to switch water tank temperature setting and room temperature setting. The room symbol will appear on the screen when enter room temperature setting. Press for 5 seconds to get into manually protection against legionella flashes on the screen function it can get into the consulting for current running status checking press for 5 seconds to enter manual defrosting function 15 (For installer only) Ambient temperature offset Defrosting temperature offset Tank temperature offset Compressor exhaust temperature offset Room temperature offset Tank temperature deviation Room temperature deviation 30 Ambient temperature to start deicing Compressor overheat temperature (A:100 B:110 C:120) When the power supply is restored, the unit automatically restart after five minutes and operate in the same operation mode. When this function is turned on, the 3-way valve will switch to the tank and the water in which will thus be heated to 63℃ No house heating for Summer option.For example ,if it is set 18℃ ,when the ambient temp above 18℃ ,summer option is adopted 16 Before the running of heat pump , TEMPERATURE SETTING Press and can set target tank temperature/Room temperature tank tank tank 17 CONSULT FUNCTION (For installer only) ELECTRIC HEATER SETTING After the heat pump is turned on Press for 3 seconds can lead to manual electric heating OR automatic electric heating. Automatic electric heating is set in default.When manual electric heating is activated, it buzzs twice, with further prss on to choose the capacity of electric heater(3kw,6kw,9kw) which was represented by three sliver at the up-left conner of the display. When automatic electric heating is activated,it buzzs once, with further prss on to choose the capacity of electric heater(3kw,6kw,9kw) Manual electric heating setting Automatic electric heating setting 18 ELECTRIC HEATER SETTING If 3kw was chosed,display as belows: Manual electric heating setting Automatic electric heating setting If 6kw was chosed, electric heater will start from 3kw for 1 hour then go into 6kw.Display as belows: Manual electric heating setting Automatic electric heating setting If 9kw was chosed,electric heater will start from 3kw for 1 hour then 6kw for another one hour,9kw will finally achieved after 2 hours,Display as belows: Manual electric heating setting Automatic electric heating setting 19 FAILURE DISPLAY Error code Er00 Error phenomenon Communication problem Troubleshooting 1.Check and adjust the quick connection fiting of wire control. 2.Check the digital wire of wire control Er01 Ambient temperature sensor problem The ambient temperature sensor is not working well, please change a good one Er02 Defrosting temperature sensor problem The defrosting temperature sensor is not working well, please change a good one Er03 Water temperature sensor problem The water tank temperature sensor is not working well, please change a good one Er04 Compressor exhaust temperature sensor problem The discharge pipe temperature sensor is not working well, please change a good one Er05 Room temperature sensor problem The room temperature sensor is not working well, please change a good one Er06 Phase protection 1.Change the locating of any two phase 2.Check the voltage between phase wire Er07 System malfunction protection Check the refrigerant system Er08 Whole system Flow lack or flow switch problem 1.Make sure there is no air in water circulation system 2.Check the venting valve and venting valve seal ring 3.Check the main circulation pump 4.Open the venting valve to exhaust air 5.Check the main circulation pump be sure the pump is operating well Er09 Tank Flow lack or flow switch problem 1.Check the water tank to make sure it’s full of water 2.Make sure the venting valve is sealed and no air in the water tank Er10 High pressure protection 1.Check the temperature difference between inlet and outlet of heat pump 2.See that the thermostats are open in the radiators or the floor heating. More than the half of them must be open to the whole position. 3.Check the filter(water) and clean it if it some dust in it. 4. Check if it is air in the water system. remove from the vessels. Er11 Low pressure protection 1.Check whether there is any ice around the heat pump 2.Check whether the fan of heat pump is working !NOTE: Electric heater failure(refer to ATTACH.1,page25) 1. Pls contact your local dealer if the red light on the indoor unit is on. 2. Then your room can be warmed by the auxilary electrical heater continuous. 3*Phases AC400V/50Hz To Main Power Input 24 ATTACH.1 Electric heater overheat protection: When the temperature in electric heater reaches 95℃,the temperature switch will shut down the working electric heater. The red light will turn on . After the temperature in the eletric heater drop, press on the reset button ( green light) can restart the heater 25 ATTACH.2 There is DIP switch respectively for indoor and outdoor unit. Default setting is for both units work together, details as below: For those who only use outdoor unit, pls set the DIP switch as showed below: For those who only use indoor unit, pls set the DIP switch as showed below: 26 ATTACH.3 Electrical heater circuit:There three heater tubes in the electrical heater,Each heater tube has 3 KW power input .C1 control 6KW power input,C2 control 3KW power input.If you has choice 6 kW it then first go to 3KW and then 6kW in two stages.
