FittingLINK is connected to the PC via the provided dedicated Bluetooth® dongle or USB cable. The FittingLINK Instructions for Use, provided in the packaging, contains important information about the product, its functions and pairing it with the PC. Please read the Instructions for Use carefully before using FittingLINK with EXPRESSfit. Getting Started Please prepare FittingLINK and pair it with your PC, as described in the FittingLINK Instructions for Use. When opening EXPRESSfit the first time after FittingLINK has been installed on the PC, it will automatically be detected as a programming interface. A dialog will offer to change your preferred programming interface to FittingLINK. This can be done any time later in Preferences – Communication. Thereafter FittingLINK can be used in EXPRESSfit. Sonic · Fitting Guide19 Detecting and Programming Hearing Instruments Make sure that FittingLINK is paired with your PC, fully charged, and switched on (steady green light on the top LED indicator). For safety reasons the hearing instruments should not be in the client’s ear during detection. To ensure a good connection, make sure that the hearing instruments are aligned the correct way towards the FittingLINK neck loop antenna. Refer to the FittingLINK Instructions for Use. Open EXPRESSfit and click Detect. If FittingLINK is not selected as the default programming interface, select the FittingLINK option from the pull down menu besides the Detect button. Verify Right and Left Hearing Instruments In the Detect Hearing Instruments dialog, you can play a tone in each hearing instrument to identify to which side it is currently assigned. If the assignment is correct, click “Next”. If you would like to change the assignment, click “Exchange” and then click “Next”. Thereafter the fitting process is the same. For troubleshooting, please also refer to the FittingLINK Instructions for Use. 20 Sonic · Fitting Guide Ordering Information Fitting Kit Product Comments miniFit Thin Tube Kit For P BTE, CPx and N BTE Containing different types of domes and thin tubes, tools and other equipment Part Number 156557 Thin Tubes 0.9 mm (miniFit) Product Comments Part Number miniFit Thin Tube, 0.9 mm size 0 left 156522 miniFit Thin Tube, 0.9 mm size 1 left 156523 miniFit Thin Tube, 0.9 mm size 2 left miniFit Thin Tube, 0.9 mm size 3 left miniFit Thin Tube, 0.9 mm size 0 right miniFit Thin Tube, 0.9 mm size 1 right Clamshell containing: - 5 miniFit thin tubes 0.9 mm - 5 eargrips for miniFit tubes 156524 156525 156526 156527 miniFit Thin Tube, 0.9 mm size 2 right 156528 miniFit Thin Tube, 0.9 mm size 3 right 156529 Thin Tubes 1.3 mm (miniFit) Product Comments Part Number miniFit Thin Tube, 1.3 mm size 0 left 156533 miniFit Thin Tube, 1.3 mm size 1 left 156534 miniFit Thin Tube, 1.3 mm size 2 left miniFit Thin Tube, 1.3 mm size 3 left miniFit Thin Tube, 1.3 mm size 0 right miniFit Thin Tube, 1.3 mm size 1 right Clamshell containing: - 5 miniFit thin tubes 1.3 mm - 5 eargrips for miniFit tubes 156535 156536 156537 156538 miniFit Thin Tube, 1.3 mm size 2 right 156539 miniFit Thin Tube, 1.3 mm size 3 right 156540 Domes Product Open Dome miniFit 6 mm Open Dome miniFit 8 mm Open Dome miniFit 10 mm Comments Open Domes Clamshell including 10 domes Bass Dome Double Vent miniFit 6 mm Bass Dome Double Vent miniFit 8 mm Bass Dome Double Vent miniFit 10 mm Bass Dome Double Vent miniFit 12 mm Part Number 149303 149304 149305 149306 Bass domes with double vent Clamshell including 10 domes 149307 149308 149309 Sonic · Fitting Guide21 Bass Dome Single Vent miniFit 6 mm Bass Dome Single Vent miniFit 8 mm Bass Dome Single Vent miniFit 10 mm 149310 Bass domes with single vent Clamshell including 10 domes 149311 149312 Bass Dome Single Vent miniFit 12 mm 149313 Power Dome miniFit 6 mm 149314 Power Dome miniFit 8 mm Power Dome miniFit 10 mm Power Domes Clamshell including 10 domes Power Dome miniFit 12 mm 149315 149316 149317 Programming Equipment Cables Comments Part Number NOAH Link Prog Cables set 6001157 NOAH Link Prog cable blue/left 3003388 NOAH Link Prog cable red/right 3003387 HiPro/EXPRESSlink 3 Prog cable Nr. 2 red/right 120900 HiPro/EXPRESSlink 3 Prog cable Nr. 2 blue/left 120902 Adapter Comments Programming Module White Suitable Compact Power Plus BTE Programming Interface Comments FittingLINK Allows wireless programming of hearing instruments Part Number 399-50-640-00 Part Number 144720 DAI and FM Adapters Product Adapter, DAI 4 Adapter, FM 9 DAI Adapter, AP1000 FM Adapter, FM10 Comments Suitable for Compact Power Plus BTE Suitable for Power BTE only.
