These sturdy MultiBoards from the G81-7000/8000 series are fitted with integrated smart card readers. They are capable of scanning memory cards and processor cards. Especially suitable for cash tills and special applications The integrated solution keeps the workplace tidy and manageable. They are also userfriendly and ergonomic. Up to two smart card readers for ID-1 format cards and up to 4 plug-in for ID-000 format cards can be integrated into the underside of the keyboard. Model G801501 is approved for reading German health insurance cards.

In most of our smart card reading keyboards, certain function keys (as described in the relevant manual) can be programmed with up to 16 characters each. Keys can be programmed manually or with the aid of Cherry’s configuration software (download under http://support.cherry.de).
