CALL FORWARD Make sure your phone is set up for call forwarding through the CCM User page  Sign in to your User Options web page  Go to Device, Line Settings  Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to  Click Save  Select “User Options”  Select “Personal Address Book”  Select “Add New”  Fill in as much detail as required. (note that the nickname field is mandatory)  Select “Save” (Entry will download into your phone) Dialing from Personal Address Book From your phone  Press “Directories” CALL WAITING A call waiting tone (single beep)  Press the hookswitch  An amber flashing handset light  Press the line button MANAGE YOUR PHONE FROM THE WEB You can Administer phone options such as User Settings, Directory features, Personal Address Book, and Speed Dials via a web user interface.  Open an Internet Explorer window and type the following address: http:// 10.8.0.10/ccmuser Drop a Party from a Conference Using Hookflash  User ID: Windows Logon While in the conference:  Note: if you receive a security error  Press and release the hookswitch. The party who joined last is dropped from the conference.  Click “Continue to this website”  enter a forced authorization code Personal Address Book  Password: Window password  Select option Personal Directory  Enter your User ID: (Windows Logon), Pin 12345  Select option 1  Use the Keypad to enter a full or partial name and press the “Search” soft Key  Highlight the listing, then press the “Call” soft key or lift the handset ABBREVIATED DIALING  Select “User Options”  Select “User Settings”  Select “Speed Dials”  Enter Number (external #’s need “9-1”)  Select “Save” Dialing an entry from “Abbreviated Dials” Using the keypad, enter the associated speed dial number   (1-199) Press the Speedial soft key First Time Logging On From another phone:  Dial 2700  Access voicemail from your phone:  Dial the voicemail access number  Enter your 4-digit extension + # + PIN + # VOICEMAIL  Press * key  Enter default voicemail PIN: 12345 External Access:  Follow the voice prompts  Dial your direct number or Dial 9-digit  Press * key MANAGING VOICEMAIL FROM THE WEB INTERFACE  Enter 4-digit extension + #  Enter your PIN + # This interface allows you to Customize Your Voicemail by Computer Main Menu: {1} Listen to messages {2} Send a message {3} Review old messages {4} Setup options {3 then 2} Listen to deleted messages Unity Assistant lets you manage message settings through your network connection and internet browser.  You are prompted to change your PIN.  Record your Name  Record your Greeting  Change your Temporary PIN  Change your Directory Listing Note: If you hang up before completing setup, you need to repeat setup again. Greetings  4-1-1 Re-record Standard Greeting  4-1-2 Re-record Alternate Greeting  4-3-2 Re-record Name  4-3-1 Change PIN  Enter new password and press # Note: You are forced to change your password every 90 days, but you can reuse the same password. Direct to Voicemail To leave someone a voicemail without having to call them: Press * + 4-digit extension Checking Voicemail From your phone:  Pick up the handset and listen for a stutter tone. This indicates you have a voicemail. OR:  Look for solid red light on your handset Note: New messages and Saved Messages are never deleted. The following options can be used while listening to your mail: 1 Restart 6 Fast Playback 2 Save 7 Rewind 3 Delete 8 Pause or Resume 4 Slow Playback 9 Fast forward-End 5 Change Volume # Skip Message ## Keep Msg. New After listening to messages: 1 Repeat 6 Mark As New 2 Save 7 Skip Back 3 Delete 9 Msg. Properties 4 Reply * Cancel Playing Msg 5 Forward 0 Help To access Unity Assistant:  Open Internet Explorer. http://10.8.0.20/ciscopca  Address field and click Go. A security box will pop up. Complete the fields as follows:  User Name: Enter network user name  Password: Enter network password  Click Log In. You will be taken to the Cisco PCA home page.  Click the Cisco Unity Assistant link. To navigate Unity Assistant: Use the drop-down menus at the top to access all functions. To log off Unity Assistant:  Save any changes by clicking Save in the lower-left corner.  Click the Log Out link in the upper-right.
