Turn the unit upside down. Unpack the Management Server. LAN3 LAN3 LAN2 LAN2 LAN1 LAN1 6 I o LAN4 I o LAN1 Connect the Ethernet LAN cable to socket LAN 1. 7 Connect the power cable and turn on the Management Server. IP Setting Configuration 1. Press Enter. 2. From the Main Menu screen, use the Up or Down arrow to select IP Settings. Press Enter to confirm your selection. 3. From the IP Settings menu, use the Up or Down arrow to select IP Address and press Enter twice to start the edit mode. 4. Move between the characters by using the Up or Down arrows. Press Enter and then Up or Down to edit the characters, and Enter again to confirm the value, or Return to restore the value to its previous state. 5. When finished editing the address, press Return. At the Save Changes? prompt, use the Up or Down arrow to select Yes and press Enter to confirm. 6. Repeat steps 3–5 to enter Subnet Mask and Default Gateway addresses. 8 LAN2 LAN3 LAN4 Configure IP Settings via the LCD panel. Management Server configuration 1. Access the TANDBERG Management Server by entering the IP address of the server in a web browser. 2. When prompted for login, enter the username administrator and password TANDBERG. The password is case-sensitive. 3. To configure the Management Server, go to Administrative Tools. For details, see the TANDBERG Management Server manual on the enclosed CD. 4. Once the initial setup has been completed, log in to https://:8098/ and use the Set Administrative Password tool to change the administrator password. 115807 rev. 1
