Thus either that is just a mistake and quantities should be corrected from 11 to 7 or there are extra 4 repeaters available and that is why we still need to quote 11 voice and 11 data NIA licenses keys. Do we correctly understand that each server must have ONE Xeon E5645 CPU? Answer: According to the tender dossier 6 core processor is requested; (Please, take into consideration technology of CPU, and calculate number of processor (CPU) for each server by tender requirements). 7. We have following questions regarding LOT 7 – Outdoor Racks. What kind of ventilation is required ? most cabinets have standard ventilation slits underneath the roof edges. To determine the correct ventilation it is also important to know what in the cabinets will be installed and in which outside temperatures the cabinets will be placed. Please advise.
Answer: Only one kind of ventilation is required: “Ventilated side panels for increased airflow - 2 (two) units; diameter up to 150mm for each”. The information is indicated in the technical requirements, annex II (page: 47-48) All technical details regarding the outdoor Racks you can find in the annex II (page 47-48). 19. Will stainless steel cabinets with powder coating also be acceptable?
Answer: Yes, it could be 20. What is the desired RAL color?
Answer: White (pages 47-48) 21. The cabinets should be supplied with a base; should this base be supplied loose or mounted in the cabinet. Furthermore, regarding the Special Clothes: Could you please provide us with more specifications the required uniforms, shoes, raincoat etc. For example what kind of material is required, the height of shoes, the length of the rain coat etc. Answer: We do not have specific requirements regarding the shoes, uniforms and raincoat. All choices will be discussed and decision will be made based on the prices.
22. Thermal Sensor Horizontal angle of view 25° - Is it possible to offer another camera with estimated size of the lens? For example: 24° or 18° or 32° will be ok? Or it have to be more than 25? Answer: Based on existing terrain and vegetation, 25° and 45° angle of view are required. Exact points of installations selected by the final beneficiary is based on detailed study of terrain. 25. Micro USB port Yes (for local storage on Flash USB stick or External HDD). Is it strict requirement? In practice this is useless function, is their possibility to offer without this function? Such functions used for home systems, for high security objects this is useless function. Why on the camera has open the external connector? That gives access to the camera unintended persons. Answer: Final beneficiary is authorized to decide the purpose of operational usage of the product. Offered suggestions and opinions do not match the technical and technological requirements of the project.
26. Daylight and thermal visual cameras must be combined within one protective (outdoor) package (jacket/housing) .Is there possibility, to offer thermal camera and daylight camera with separate houses? we think it would be better solution because, in one house this design solution is not optimal. thermal camera and cctv camera have different requirements for the operating temperature. Heating matrix of thermal camera from the heater of cctv camera and its electronics is harmful. temperature increase of thermal matrix have a negative impact on the thermal image contrast. Heat cctv camera by the thermal camera degrades the image quality of the thermal imager. Answer: Final beneficiary is authorized to decide the purpose of operational usage of the product. Offered suggestions and opinions do not match the technical and technological requirements of the project. 27. At the same time connecting to the Ethernet of both cameras shall be made on one communication point (port). Is there possibility, that thermal camera and dailaight camera had separate ports?
