ADSL2+ On Net Broadband Information about the Service Aussie Broadband’s ADSL2+ On Net service is delivered using our own broadband infrastructure and from our wholesale partners. Requirements and Availability Our ADSL2+ On Net Broadband service requires a basic telephone service in order to function. You can either have a basic telephone service from another provider or purchase one through Aussie Broadband. You will require an ADSL2+ modem to connect to this service. If you don’t already have a compatible modem, we are able to provide one for an additional fee. You are able to check if ADSL is available in your area by going to our website and entering your phone number at www.aussiebroadband.com.au/adsl/availability Minimum Term ADSL2+ is available either with no fixed term or on a 24 month agreement. When connecting for 24 months your connection fee is $50 but will still be required to purchase an ADSL modem if you don’t already have a compatible modem. Included Features No excess usage charges - speed is slowed when your allocation is used. 5 Email addresses, 20MB of personal web space, Email spam protection, local Australian based phone support.
Information about pricing Monthly Charges When you bundle your Aussie Broadband ADSL2+ service with our Home Phone service you will receive our bundle home phone service along with included local and national calls. Please note these fees do not include a home phone service. The Total Minimum Price on a monthly agreement is the setup fee ($110) plus one month of plan rental. The Total Minimum Price on a 24 month agreement is 24 months of plan rental, the setup fee is $50.00.

Excess Usage Both uploads and downloads count towards your monthly usage. There are no excess usage charges on our ADSL2+ On Net product but your speed will be slowed to 256K/256K when your data limit is reached. You may purchase additional data in the form of a data pack for an additional fee if required. For information on data blocks see www.aussiebroadband.com.au/adsl/data-blocks/ Setup Fee Your Broadband setup fee will vary depending on your choice of agreement length. No fixed term agreement has a setup fee of $110 for new installations and transferring connections. A 24 month agreement has $50 setup for both new and transferring connections. Cancellation Fees If you sign up on the no fixed term agreement, there is no cancellation fee. If you sign up on the 24 month agreement, the exit fee varies will be $120 or the remaining monthly fees on your agreement, whichever is less.
