ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS MODEL 735 STACK-RACK GARMENT RACK FLAME RETARDANT COVER 735 731 731 Model 735 Stack-Rack Garment Rack TOOLS REQUIRED: 9/16" socket wrench or equivalent. We recommend that two people work together when assembling this product. 1) Wheel assembly. Place stem of wheel up through bottom of the rack. Place washer over stem. Place nut over stem and tighten. 2) Place a round pole in each of the square tubular end supports. 3) Place a bracket on the end of the crossbar and place over an end post. Finger tighten. Repeat this step for other side. Be sure crossbar is level before tightening the bolts and nuts. Instructions for folding frame cover for Stack-Rack, item #7731 TOOLS REQUIRED: Two-7/16" 16 socket wrenches o r equivalent. We recommend that two people work together when assembling this product. 1) Assemble the cover frame by bolting the long tubular pieces on the brackets as shown. Be sure the bolts and nuts are tight enough to hold the frame in an upright position. 2) Place the two frame brackets into each end post. 3) Open the cover up to find the slit sewn into the top on one end only. 4) With the frame open, place the cover over the top making sure the slit fits over the bracket on the one end. WARNING • Never allow children (or adults) to ride on or swing from garment rack. • Keep casters free of thread, lint, hair and other debris. Be sure casters roll free and turn easily at all times. If caster does not roll properly, remove garment rack from service immediately. • Periodically check all bolts and nuts to insure they remain tight. • Weight limit 175 lbs. Do not overload! • Be sure all loads are evenly balanced at all times. Overloading or unbalanced loads may cause tipping, resulting in serious injury. • Always proceed slowly and use extra caution when turning corners. 2902 W.
