CLINILEVER® BASIN SET The Galvin Engineering CliniLever® Product Range is primarily used for medical and nursing procedures in hospitals, aged care facilities, schools and in-home care. CliniLever® products provide state of the art features to comply with the latest Health Care Guidelines. The dual levers for on/off Hot and Cold temperature control have straightforward operation which simplifies hand washing.
Installation
Our highly sought after lever handle design is operated with elbows to avoid hand contact.
1. HOLE CENTRES
2. FIT SPOUT
If the mounting holes do not already exist, mark out and drill the hole/s in the bench/trough to suit your requirements. The hole centres for the handles must be between 150mm and 255mm.

Fit the ClinilLever® Gooseneck spout into the bench and ensure sealing washer is placed underneath the base body. Positions spout to the front and secure underneath with supplied flanged back nut.

4. FIT BASIN/SINK BODY
Measure the distance between the basin body holes and mark out the base copper tee using this measurement with sub faction 30mm, ensure it is equal distance from the centre. Cut to size with pipe cutters and de-burr both ends.
The basin bodies and copper breach assembly can be inserted up through the basin/sink holes. Centre the basin bodies and ensure the basin copper breach inserts into the spout carefully, avoiding damage to the tee O-rings. Ensure that the set is installed with hot and cold in the correct location. (Groove on the spindle assembly indicates hot).

6. FIT HANDLE
Ensure the spindle is in the closed position and firmly press the Clinilever® Lever handle onto the spindle in the desired orientation. Check the operation of the Clinilever® lever handles. They should turn freely for a full ¼ turn.
Secure the handle in position using the supplied washer and st/st cap screw.
Tighten the vanity flange onto the threaded basin body.

8. TESTING
Once secured, connect the hot and cold water.
Open the lever handles and ensure there is flow from both hot and cold inlets. Inspect the tap and check for any leaks.

Once Clinilever Lever handle is secure, fit the appropriate water temperature indicators. ®
- Inlet connections are standard ½” BSP female. - Recommended operating pressure 100500kPa. - Operating temperature range jumper valve 0-95°C. - The main body is made of solid DR brass rod, with DR brass gooseneck outlet.
