Flexible choices, predictable costs With Kronos Cloud Services, tasks such as application updates, configuration changes, system health checks, patch and service pack installations, and more are delivered remotely to wherever your solutions reside — at your facility or at a Kronos or third-party hosting center. You simply choose the offering that best matches your support level requirements and in-house IT resource capacity. Best of all, these tasks are performed on your schedule — not ours. We proactively plan and schedule all application updates, configuration changes, and other services to minimize any disruption to your business. Select the best-fit offering Kronos provides three offerings from which to choose. Application Updates This offering provides installation of Kronos application updates, service packs, new software versions, and legislative updates (if applicable). These services enable your organization to take advantage of the latest software features, enhancements, and fixes while minimizing your risk of noncompliance with ever-changing federal and state regulations. Application Configuration If you choose this offering, Kronos will make, test, document, and implement a predefined number of changes to your existing configurations, including interfaces, Workforce Genies®, HyperFinds™, and labor levels, on a quarterly basis. The number of configuration changes included can scale over time to accommodate increases in employee population or configuration complexity. Cloud Services Essentials Database Management With this offering, Kronos installs database-level patches and service packs and performs regular system health checks with tuning recommendations. These proactive checks are designed to identify potential issues so they can be resolved before they affect system users. These offerings can be combined with Kronos Hosting Services to provide a comprehensive Cloud Services solution.
