Chapter 2: Installation Remove upper cover Remove the top cover 1. Remove 2 screws and pull back the upper cover to remove it.
Remove Interface card cover, main rack, power rack, and ODD & HDD brackets 1. Loosen 2 screws to remove the interface card cover.
2.Loosen 5 screws to remove main rack by lifting it upward.

3. Loosen 2 screws and remove the power rack by pushing to the left.
4.Loosen 1 screw and remove the ODD by pushing backward.
5. Loosen 1 screw and remove the HDD by pushing forward.

Install M/B 1. Install the CPU and cooler to the motherboard. 2. Secure the M/B to the bottom case by fastening 10 screws.
Install power device 1. Secure the power device to the power rack with 4 screws (make sure the opening facing upward).
2. Remove the protection mesh on the power device.
3. Install the power rack to the bottom case in the direction of the latch. 4. Secure with 2 screws. 5. Pull out the power cord from the rear of the bottom case, so the power device installation is completed.

Install FDD and ODD 1.Loosen 2 screws to remove the small aluminum shield
2. Secure the FDD to the ODD bracket with 4 screws (insert in the direction indicated in the following picture).
3. Secure the ODD to the ODD bracket with 4 screws (insert in the direction in the following picture).
4. Install the ODD bracket to the bottom case in the direction of the latch and secure them with 1 screw.
Install HDD 1. Secure the HDD to the HDD bracket with 4 screws (make sure the HDD connector facing against the screw holes of the bottom of HDD bracket.

2. Install the HDD bracket to the bottom case in the direction of the latch and secure with 1 screw.
Install main rack 1. Secure the AGP adapter to the main rack with 3 screws.
2. Secure the PCI adapter to the main rack with 2 screws.
3. Remove the interface card stripe and secure the graphic card to the main rack with 1 screw. 4. Install the main rack to the bottom case in the direction of the groove and secure with 5 screws.
Install interface card cover Secure the interface card cover to the bottom case with 2 screws.

Install the upper cover to complete installation 1. Make sure the upper cover is inserted to the groove of the bottom case and push it forward until it stops. 2. Secure the upper cover to the bottom case with 2 screws.
I/O Function Panel Installation Guide Please refer to the illustration on the section of USB2.0, IEEE 1394a, and audio connector from the M/B user’s manual. Please select the M/B which used the same USB2.0, IEEE1934a , AC’97 standard as below; otherwise, it will cause damage to this device. The following illustration is a connection diagram for the front panel I/O cable. NEVER connect an IEEE1394a cable to the USB2.0 connector. Doing so will damage the device. NEVER connect a USB2.0 cable to the IEEE1394a connector. Doing so will damage the device. On some motherboards, the connectors for IEEE1394a, USB2.0 and Audio are not the same as the drawing below. Please check with your motherboard manual before installing.
