All gas appliances must be installed by a competent Gas safe Registered Installer and in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions and they should not be fitted directly onto a carpet or floor of combustible materials. Please note that certain parts of the appliance will become hot. A suitable guard is therefore recommended where the very young or infirm are concerned.

We are so sure of the quality of our fires that in the unlikely event of any mechanical problems during the warranty period we will send out one of our expert heateam engineers to rectify the problem free of charge*. heateam is the service division of Valor. Our aim is to keep Britain warm by offering free Aftersales support to customers during the warranty period, as well as providing a range of out of warranty services. Based in Warwick, our in-house customer contact centre is open 363 days a year. We have a dedicated and skilled team on hand to help you with any enquiry. Rebated Surround Using a rebated surround is the simplest and most discrete way to create extra space away from the wall if required. Rebated surrounds have a smaller return on both legs and top panel, allowing the back panel to sit further forward.
