Colour Scan & Document Management Utility
The all in one e-STUDIO120 combines the key functions of printing, copying and colour scanning to help optimize your office productivity. Featuring a wide open Central Output Tray and a small footprint, it fits neatly and conveniently into tight spaces. This compact, multifunction system also eliminates the need to maintain separate office devices so that scheduled service and consumables management are easy and time efficient.
High quality colour scanning for smoother workflow
A key standard feature of the e-STUDIO120 is local GDI (Graphic Device Interface) printing. Once connected to your computer through its parallel (IEEE1284) or USB1.1 port, the e-STUDIO120 enables you to print high quality original documents. Convenient printing features such as N-up printing (2-in-1, 4-in-1) and Watermarks are also available.
As more business documents are created in colour, the ability to record data that is faithful to the original is essential. That’s where colour scanning comes in handy, allowing you to capture full colour documents in a much more expressive manner. Such a capability can be invaluable when working with data that uses colour to highlight minor details, such as graphs, allowing you to recognise fine points with ease without overlooking small, yet significant pieces of information. The e-STUDIO120 features colour scanning capability as standard. It also achieves high resolution, giving you the power to achieve quality on a par with the original even when scanning detailed documentation and the freedom to save the data or send it via email with minimal effort.

Equipped with sufficient memory capacity, the e-STUDIO120 handles copying and printing functions efficiently. When copying, a document needs only to be scanned into memory once for many copies to be made without scanning again.
Maximum 550-sheet paper supply The e-STUDIO120 allows 550-sheet input from up to three sources. A 250-sheet cassette and 50-sheet Stack Feed Bypass come as standard, and another 250-sheet cassette is available as an option.
25-400% zoom Documents can be easily reduced or magnified to 25-400% in increments of 1%. Five default fixed ratios, two for enlargement and three for reduction, allow for quick adjustment between sizes, including standard paper sizes.
Thumbnail display DDM can display files and pages in their original formats as thumbnail icons, offering you the convenience of browsing your documents without the need to open them.
With DDM you can combine files from different applications into a single document ready for storage, retrieval and distribution. For instance, pages made in Microsoft® Word/Excel or in TIFF format can be combined and printed as one complete document without having to open multiple applications. You can also reorder or rotate pages and then print, copy or email the entire document.
Simple, automatic scanning with Button Manager Fast and convenient, Button Manager lets you scan documents directly into applications on your PC. Following scanning, this convenient function automatically starts and imports scanned data into one of a range of applications, consisting of Desktop Document Manager (DDM), email, PC-fax, OCR, Microsoft® Word and a separate application of your choice*. Application selections can also be combined with scanner settings such as colour mode, scanning area, and resolution to create six different sets of preferences so there’s no need to input settings each time you scan. Quick and easy to operate; simply press the Scan button, select a set of preferences, and press Start! *Some applications may not be compatible with Button Manager.

DDM offers a range of useful editing functions, including drawing tools and touch-up filters. A convenient annotation function lets you add stamps, marks and comments directly onto a scanned document just as if it were a sheet of paper. What's more, DDM quickly and easily converts files from TIFF to JPEG, AWD and BMP formats.
• 99-sheet multiple copying capacity • 9.6 second first copy time • 600 x 600 dpi for printing, 600 x 300 dpi or 600 x 600 dpi selectable for copying
