Biofeedback center with SmartRate®–A dedicated area reports on calories burned and heart rate. Users enter their age, and SmartRate shows actual heart rate in relation to their target zone for weight loss and cardio training. Users may wear chest strap or grip the touch heart rate monitors.

Options menu offers greater choice–The options button allows users to customize their workouts by viewing additional metrics, entering weight and age, or selecting the goal they work toward. Users may also choose display language and measurements in meters or miles.
