Application Criteria
The Commercial Saver plan is only available to business customers (you must provide an ABN). All customers must pass our credit assessment to be eligible for this offer.
Service Availability
This plan supports ISDN & PSTN services. Service availability is dependent on geographic location. Where a service is not able to be delivered due to insufficient infrastructure or ISDN technology being unavailable the order will be withdrawn at no cost.
Installation Charges
Installation charges apply for new connections. Speak to your customer service representative for actual costs.
Standard Fee’s & Charges
• Local calls are charged at $0.12 per call for PSTN services and $0.10 for ISDN 2 services • Calls to standard national numbers are charged at $0.10 per minute • Calls to mobiles within Australia are charged at $0.24 per minute • Calls to 13/1300 numbers are charged at $0.40 per call • Calls are charged in one second increments

COMMERCIAL SAVER THINGS TO KNOW
Early Termination Charges
A three month minimum term applies to ISDN services. If you cancel your service before the minimum term an early termination fee will apply. The early termination fee is calculated by multiplying the monthly line rental for your plan by the months remaining in the minimum term.
Extra Services
We can provide a wide range of extra services on your standard fixed line service. Some services such as call waiting, silent line and message bank will attract additional fees.
Other Fee’s & Charges
• An incorrect call-out fee will be will be charged if you lodge a fault, a technician visits your premises and no fault is found. • Conversion charges apply when changing an existing PSTN service to an ISDN service. • Fees apply for equipment and software changes on ISDN services. • Local number porting charges are applicable for some ISDN services. For details of additional charges please speak to a sales or customer service representative.
