The WorkCentre 6505 gives users an outstanding reproduction of the original file. Notice how the gentleman in the image isn’t oversaturated; his hair color is accurate and his skin tones are correct. In addition, the text is clearly legible along the right hand column.

Easy-to-use control panel Years of Xerox multifunction design will be evident to WorkCentre 6505 users through the intuitive front panel. The benefit is a faster learning curve and an increased level of productivity carried throughout all functions of the WorkCentre 6505. The WorkCentre 6505 has an easy-to-read 4-line, backlit LCD with a straight-forward menu structure for intuitive navigation. All major tasks: Copy, Fax, Print, and Scan, are easily accessible by the push of a single button on the control panel. All activities are grouped together, making it more efficient for user interaction. There is also easy access to speed dial shortcuts when faxing as well as job status and system information. Although the flip-up color LCD on the HP CM2320nf is attractive, its small size forces users to scroll more when trying to find functions; it looks nice, but it is not very efficient. All major tasks are available on the control panel, but the layout isn’t intuitive. Fax functionality is removed from Copy and Scan, and reading the small LCD can be difficult when performing functions at the extremity of the control panel. There are speed dial shortcuts on the control panel, but no access to job status or system information without navigating the small LCD.
