CONFERENCE CENTRE
CENTRALLY LOCATED WITH A FANTASTIC VIEW OVER WELLINGTON HARBOUR. The Wellington Conference Centre features three large conference rooms, video conferencing facilities, five smaller meeting rooms and three outdoor balcony areas complete with barbecue facilities. All rooms have natural light and have been architecturally designed with a contemporary feel. Accommodating up to 200 people, the centre is ideal for a variety of corporate events, from small meetings to all-day workshops, seminars and after-work cocktail functions. We welcome you to come up and view our facilities.
AUDIO VISUAL FACILITIES
PARKING
Fully integrated audio-visual facilities are available to cater for almost any audio visual requirements. The large conference rooms are fitted with a combination of interactive whiteboards, drop-down high resolution data projectors and drop-down projection screens. While the smaller meeting rooms all feature interactive whiteboards and high resolution commercial plasma screens. We have a dedicated, purposebuilt video conference facility with twin 50” commercial plasma screens, enabling meetings to include multiple remote sites and audio participants.
A variety of parking is available across the road and at the TSB Bank Arena on Queens Wharf. Casual Parking is $6 per half hour, and there is an Earlybird Parking Special of $22 for entry before 10am and exit between 2–7pm.
Vidcom New Zealand is our preferred supplier for any additional AV requirements you may have.
Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm. For an event outside of these hours please ask us for a quote.
CATERING We will take care of all your catering requirements, and conference centre staff are always onsite to ensure everything runs smoothly throughout your event. We can cater for special dietary requirements, and if there is something you require that is not on our menu, please let us know and we will endeavour to make it available.
