5016 SERIES ATA/66 & 100 Ribbon Cable Assemblies Double Ended (both facing same direction)
Note: For cables to function properly in ATA applications, the first connector should be the "Blue" connector. If using a two connector assembly, the second connector should be the "Black" connector. If a three connector cable is required all three "Blue, Gray & Black" connectors should be used in the proper order with "Blue" and "Black" on the ends with "Gray" in the middle.

5016 SERIES ATA/66 & 100
The 5016 Series IDC Socket Connectors were designed to meet the requirements of SFF-8059 for use on SFF-8049 cable assemblies. Our products have been extensively tested and are in conformance with the listed specifications. The primary application for these cables is to connect ATA hard disk drives to the motherboard. In addition, these have been used where noise reduction or cross talk is a concern. Many applications may benefit from the G-S-G arrangement of the connectors and cables.
