Factsheet Getting connected... Some tips for setting up your digital TV equipment 1 Unplug your TV from the electricity supply. Do not switch on electricity supply until you have connected all your equipment together. 2 Take time to identify the various cables, plugs and sockets that you will use when you install your equipment. 3 Take a look at the diagram on the following page to see how to get connected. 4 Once connected, switch on all the equipment and tune in the new digital channels using the instructions that come with your equipment. Connect TV+Digital Box 2 1 Digital Box Connect to aerial 3 1 Using an aerial cable connect from port shown on TV to port shown on digital box. 2 Using a SCART cable connect from port shown on TV to port shown on digital 0box. 3 Using an aerial cable connect from port shown to aerial socket. You will require 1 SCART cable 2 aerial cables
