Ultra-Series Chair Conversion Kit (to LR Mounted Product Name Installation Procenter Delivery Unit) Installation [Kit #002-1964-xx] Applies to Models: 153592 153758 Attention: Special Tools: none Use this kit to convert an Ultra-Series Chair to a Chair with a Procenter LR mounted Delivery Unit. Language of origin: English Step 1: Position the Chair. A) B) C) D) Raise the Chair and Back both to the full up position. Unplug chair from power source. Remove Front Base Cover (3 screws). Remove Seat Upholstery (6 Knob-screws). Seat Upholstery TP200 Rev. A (mm/yy) Step 2: Remove Lift Arm Covers: A) Remove Lower Lift Arm Cover (work clips free from mount bolts). B) Remove Upper Lift Arm Cover (4 screws). Note Carefully disconnect the Green ON Light form the Upper Lift Cover. C) Remove End Cover (2 screws). D) Remove Safety Bail Wire. End Cover Clips Lower Lift Arm Cover Upper Lift Arm Cover Safety Bail Wire Green ON Light TP200 Rev. A Mount Bolt Step 3: Install Anchor Bolt. A) Reference the installation sheet in the Anchor Bolt Installation Kit, 002-1431-0x. Note: Do not replace base cover after installing anchor bolt. Align groove to rounded edge of the Chair Seat Casting and install the Mount Bolt from floor side up into the casting. Position the Mount Arm straight out the foot of the chair and install the two Position Bolts. 3 Style A 003-2892-00 Step 6: A) B) C) D) E) F) G) Install Umbilical and Sleeve. Remove Umbilical Plug (2 screws). Install Sleeve and Umbilical through the base and lift arm as shown. Align the Tape with the front of the chair casting. Route the Umbilical through the lift arm as shown below. Remove the cover on the Connection Box (4 screws). Route Umbilical up through the Mount Arm into the Connection Box. Route Vacuum and Drain lines through the cut out on the Connection Box. Note Wait to install fasteners, covers or zip ties along the umbilical until it is completely routed to the delivery unit. You may need to make adjustments as you continue with the install. Connection Box TP200 Rev. A Sleeve Umbilical Plug Step 7: Install Procenter LR Mounted Delivery Unit. A) B) Route the Foot Control umbilical along side the base of the chair to the foot end. Make connections in J-Box as described in the delivery unit installation instructions. Wire Bail TP200 Rev. A Foot Control Step 9: Secure Cables to Chair with Zip Ties and Replace all Covers. Reference Steps 1 and 2 and replace all covers. Plug Chair to Power source.
