CONTEG SOLUTIONS for the next decade! Cooling unit CoolTeg XC used for computer and server rooms is designed for integration into a continuous row of the racks. The unit provides high cooling capacity (up to 56 kW/m2) at a small loor area with an option of targeted cooling in the necessary cases.

XC design brings a modern technology with inverter driven compressor by Mitsubishi Electric inside the unit. This arrangement provides precise and the most eicient cooling at any heat load. EC fans, equipped as standard, quietly and economically provide the necessary air low to transfer the highest cooling capacity. Five fans are able to deliver required cooling capacity also in case of failure of one of them. The entire unit is controlled by an integrated control box with display and control panel on the front door. The cooler is connected to an outdoor condenser with continuously controlled fans, reaching the highest eiciency. CONTEG ofers, in addition to the standard condenser, a unit designed for high outdoor temperatures up to 53 ° C and a low-noise solution suitable for data centers in urban areas. The cooling system works with eicient and environmentally friendly R410A refrigerant.
Suitable for IT applications with a total heat load of 20 to 150 kW. Cooling capacity and other parameters depend on the immediate environment (internal temperature of intake air, outdoor air temperature, coolant pressure, etc.) The speciic values can be calculated for each state. CONTEG SOLUTIONS for the next decade! For the sake of transport is the unit illed with nitrogen. After the whole system installation (indoor unit CoolTeg, copper piping and outdoor condenser), the unit must be illed with R410A coolant. standard condenser Conteg AC‑COND1‑35:
Use of special condensers: For higher outdoor temperatures, for quiet applications or in diferent designs with multiple‑circuit exchanger (one outdoor unit for more indoor units). Special condensers will be designed to your demands. Enter limit values such as maximum summer tempera‑ ture, CoolTeg unit indoor air temperature, maximum acoustic pressure level in a certain distance, maximum unit size etc. Maximal length of refrigerant cupper piping (Ø22mm‑gas/Ø16mm‑liquid) between indoor and outdoor unit is 30m. Max. diference in height is 5m, if the condenser is located lower than the compressor unit. If the cons‑ denser is located above the indoor unit, the diference shall not exceed 10m. In the case of a diferent building layouts, the use of indoor and outdoor units must be consulted with Conteg technicians.

For easy handling, the unit is equipped with a removable wheeled carriage that can be also used as the inal support with adjustable feets.

Dimensions of the connective copper piping: gas Ø22x1.25mm, liquid Ø16x1mm. All terminations are prepared for soldered connection. The condensate drainage is either pumped out or drained out by a hose. A condensate pump may be chosen as an accessory. The CoolTeg unit may be connected from the top or from the bottom. The casing is universal. Installation, as with the CoolTeg DX systems, must be carried out by a specialized assembling company and a certiied worker with local authorization to work with regulated substances (coolants – luorocarbons HFC).
The unit casing is very rigid with reinforced corner for distant world destinations safe transport.
