Cooper TouchPad Executive Manual Charge your keyboard for at least 4 hours before first use (even after the red charging LED indicator will switch off). You need to fully charge a new battery to make sure that device will function properly. 1 – Android mode button 2 – Windows mode button 3 – Power LED indicator (green light will switch on for 2 seconds when you turn on the keyboard, then it will switch off to improve your user experience). Charging LED indicator (red light will switch on while charging, it will switch off when the keyboard is fully charged). 4 – Bluetooth LED indicator (blue light will flash when you enable Bluetooth signal transmission by pressing Fn+C buttons, it will switch off when the keyboard pairs with the device) 5 – Power on/off switch 6 – Touchpad control (allows to switch on & off the touchpad) 7 – Right mouse key 8 – Left mouse key 9 – Bluetooth signal button 1|Page www.coopercases.com Pairing with Android tablet 1. Switch ON your keyboard and press Fn+C to enable Bluetooth signal transmission. 2. On your tablet go to Settings and then Wireless & Networks (may vary slightly depending on Android version). 3. Make sure that Bluetooth is ON. 4. Press Search for devices in the Bluetooth settings of you tablet. The keyboard will show up in Available devices as Bluetooth 3.0 keyboard on the list – click on that item. 5. You may see Bluetooth pairing request pop up asking you to enter the code. Please type the code shown on tablets’ screen using your keyboard. Click Enter. 6. Once pairing is successful, click on the For Android button in the right of the top row of the keyboard. 7. Your keyboard should be connected now. Pairing with Windows tablet 1. Switch ON your keyboard and press Fn+C transmission. to enable Bluetooth signal 2. Go to Start , and select Settings > Devices > Bluetooth 3. Under Manage Bluetooth devices, make sure the slider is set to On, and wait while Windows searches for Bluetooth devices. 4. The keyboard will show up on the list as Bluetooth 3.0 keyboard - select Pair. 5. You may see Bluetooth pairing request pop up asking you to enter the code. Please type the code shown on tablets’ screen using your keyboard. Click Enter. 6. Once pairing is successful, click on the For Windows button in the right of the top row of the keyboard. 7. Your keyboard should be connected now. Charging 1. Connect the mini USB end of the provided cable with the keyboard. 2. Connect the USB end of the cable with a power adaptor (sold separately) or to the USB port in your computer. 3. The red charging LED indicator will switch on.
