Power Supply Power Requirements • AC power supply for the specified charger is AC 100-240V, 50-60Hz. • Only use the specified battery charger. • Do not use AC power other than the allowable power indicated. • The LED light turns green when charging is completed. • Auto shutoff devices are built in the battery of F1-COUGAR to prevent over arc, over charge and overload. When these protection functions are performed, power is automatically shut off. In this instance, wait ten seconds, connect the DC plug of the charger to “charger” jack and then connect AC cord to the power outlet.
•
Routine Maintenance
Checking Battery Level • Remaining battery is displayed on both the top right corner of the LCD screen, and the battery indicator light.
Charging the Battery • Connect the DC cord of the charger to “CHARGER” jack. When charging, LED light blinks red, green, yellow in sequence and then red once more, indicating charging has started. It takes approximately 3 hours for the built-in battery and 6 hours for the large-capacity battery to be completely charged.
