4-channel audio measurement amplifier

The AUDIO-4 is an amplifier specially designed for acquisition of sound and vibration data. It comes as a modular plug-in for the imc CRONOS-PL/compact system and as a configuration module for CRONOS-SL. In addition, acquisition using ICP™ or DeltaTron-Sensoren® sensors is possible. An optional supply module for condenser microphones is available. Its particular strengths are:

Physical structure: Plug-in module for imc CRONOS-PL/compact systems, occupying 1 slot (AUDIO-4 and AUDIO-4-ET). The AUDIO-4 MIC and AUDIO-4-MIC-ET occupying 2 slots. Terminal connections: 4x BNC (AUDIO-4 and AUDIO-4-ET) 4x BNC and 4x LEMO (AUDIO-4-MIC and AUDIO-4-MIC-ET) Power supply: provided by imc CRONOS-PL/-SL/compact unit Additional power consumption due to plugged-in module: 4.5 W Operating conditions: The module varieties' respective operating conditions (with or without an extended temperature range) depend on the corresponding housing type. Installed software: The module is fully supported by the imc CRONOS-PL/-SL/compact operating software. The entire functionality, particularly the parameterization, storage and online computations is provided. Data storage: handled via imc CRONOS-PL/-SL/compact Further options: Upon request, an interconnection panel with round terminals for capacitor microphones (from Brüel & Kjær, Norsonic) is available which also provides the microphone power supply. The microphone supply occupies one other slot. MIC-SUPPLY: This increases the measurement amplifier’s power consumption by 2.4 W. Along with the output for the microphone supply, the signal is connected via: 4x LEMO-sockets (Series 1B)
