It is made of composite material (polyamide), a fact that makes it 5 to 10 times lighter than all metallic ones existing till now. This means that it radical reduces the operator’s daily fatigue since he was obliged to carry 160 to 350 grams over the tools weight while working. One pair of Polyamide coupling weights ONLY 33 grams. They integrate two more technologies: One-Touch and Universal. The release of the tool can now be effected by one-hand only (One-Touch). The female Quick Couplings can perfectly accept all three kinds of male nipples of Italian, German and American type. They can perfectly fit the metallic nipples and relieve the operator from the trouble of matching pairs (Universal). They are absolutely safe (tested at 30 bar), they don’t mar the surfaces at an accidental hit, they ensure perfect air-flow and have the same or longer life-time as the metallic ones. Integrating patented locking system with four cylindrical pins to avoid damaging the nipple, they offer a trouble-free operation. The revolutionary Polyamide Composite Quick Coupling can be used, besides air installations, for transport of gases and non-edible liquids such as water, salted-water, gasoline, petrol and various solvents that can be transported via hoses.
