STORAGE When not in use, always unplug the appliance from the power outlet. Allow appliance to cool and store out of reach of children in a safe, dry location. Never wrap the cord around the appliance since this will cause the cord to wear prematurely and break. Handle cord carefully for long life, and avoid jerking, twisting or straining especially at plug connections. A storage bag is included to safely store your tong kit to ensure that all the attachments are kept together.
This product is not suitable for use in the bath or shower.
• The barrel of this appliance will be hot during use. Do not let bare skin touch the heated surfaces.

• Do not use while bathing.
• Do not let the heated appliance touch any surface while it is hot or heating. Set it on a flat, heat resistant surface.

Thank you for purchasing your new Curls, Curls, Curls tong kit. Use the 32mm tong for glamorous catwalk curls and the 19mm tong for tight curls. Attach the 19mm brush sleeve attachment or the 32mm brush sleeve attachment for smooth shiny curls and waves. Exclusive CERAMIC TITANIUM BARRELS WITH TEFLON® SURFACE PROTECTOR The Curls Curls Curls from Remington® has exclusive ceramic titanium barrels with Teflon® surface protector to provide protection against damage. The Ceramic locks in moisture to protect against damage. The Titanium maximises heat transfer, is wear resistant and repels humidity and static. The Teflon® surface protector protects hair against snagging and breakage. For optimal results, shampoo and condition your hair prior to curling. Dry hair thoroughly before using the tong kit and make sure it’s tangle free. The Curls, Curls, Curls tong kit is not suitable for use on synthetic wigs or hair extensions. HOW TO ATTACH THE TONGS
start with the low temperature setting first and increase the heat by rotating the variable temperature dial clockwise toward the thick setting. To reduce the heat, rotate the variable temperature dial anti-clockwise toward the fine setting. HOW TO MAKE A CURL • Select either the 32mm tong (for glamorous catwalk curls) or the 19mm tong (for tight curls).
Turn the locking ring on the handle anti-clockwise. Plug the selected tong fully into the handle socket aligning the directional arrows, and turn the locking ring fully clockwise to hold the tong firmly in place.
• Separate small sections of hair (about 5cms wide) and place the ends of one section under the tong clamp.
HOW TO ATTACH THE BRUSH SLEEVE ATTACHMENTS To use the brush sleeve attachment with the 19mm tong and the 32mm tong, simply slide the correct size brush sleeve attachment over both the tong clamp and the barrel of the tong, ensuring that the directional arrow is pointing to the tong clamp. Push until the brush sleeve attachment engages.

Do not fit or remove the brush sleeve attachment if the tong is plugged in or hot.
• Hold the tong for 10 to 20 seconds, depending on the texture and length of your hair.
HOW TO USE YOUR REMINGTON® CURLS,CURLS,CURLS

Select the tong you wish to use. Plug it into the power handle, being sure to turn the locking ring clockwise to hold it firmly in place. Plug your unit into any household (230/240 volt AC) power outlet and press on the on/off switch. The green power on indicator light, which is behind the on/off switch, will glow indicating that power is being supplied to the unit and that it is heating. Depending on the heat setting selected, the unit will be ready to use in 60 seconds. Take extra care when using the Curls, Curls, Curls as it can get very hot. It is important to establish the correct temperature for your hair type prior to use, to prevent over drying or damage to the hair. If in doubt,
• Hold at a vertical angle, and then rotate the barrel, rolling hair up towards the roots trying not to overlap the hair. Use the cool tip if you need to get a better grip of the unit without having to grip the heated barrel and tong clamp. The swivel cord ensures you can turn the unit easily without getting tangled when in use. The tightness of the curl is determined by how tightly you wrap the hair around the tong and how long you hold the set in place.
To remove the tong from the curl, simply press the tong clamp and remove the tong from the curl. The ceramic titanium with Teflon® surface protector will ensure that the hair slides smoothly from the tong.
• After removing the tong from your hair, wrap the ringlet around your finger and secure it with a bobby pin. •
Allow the curls to cool fully before styling, as this ensures a long-lasting curl. When the curls have cooled (allow approximately 5 – 10 minutes) unpin and comb through with your fingers
• Complete your style with a finishing balm or spray
TO CREATE LOOSE WAVES AND VOLUME Select the brush sleeve attachment fitted to the 19mm tong or the brush sleeve attachment fitted to the 32mm tong • Separate small sections of hair and place on the brush. • Starting at the roots place the brush under each section of hair and slide the brush down the hair, rolling the hair under when you reach the end. • Alternatively starting at the roots place the brush on the top of each section of hair and slide the brush down the hair, flicking the hair out when you reach the end. • If your hair is flat and limp add loads of volume at the roots by placing the brush under each section of hair near the root and holding it there. • Hold hair on barrel approximately 5 - 10 seconds, depending on hair type and desired result. • Avoid using a bristle brush as this could flatten your hair. To switch off, press the on/off switch. The green light behind the switch will switch off.
