Product Identification
Warm-up time is approximately 2 hrs (typical readings are 400-425 ppm). For optimal performance, allow 5 days to establish background calibration. Any test gas must be air balanced. DO NOT use nitrogen balanced gas.

INSTALLATION GUIDE
CWS Series
installation
operation
1. Choose an indoor location to mount the sensor, away from ventilation sources, radiant heat, vibration, or direct sunlight. Position the sensor vertically on the wall, 4 1/2 feet above the floor.
The wall mount CWS Series CO2-based occupancy sensor utilizes solid electrolyte CO2 sensing technology that provides a low cost solution for improving air quality. The self-calibrating sensor allows for easy installation and setup. The CWS is equipped with an adjustable setpoint relay for direct control and alarm applications. There are four jumper settings to program the setpoint alarm relay and an LED for local status indication.
2. Wire the device to the power source and the control system. The relay output leads are not polarity sensitive.

RELAY OUTPUT
1. If necessary, the baseline can be manually reset. Allow the CWS to warm up for 2 hours. Then push the Reset button when the ambient CO2 level is near 400 ppm. This is not required at setup.
