INTRODUCTION This is five input and one output HDMI switcher which has MHL (Mobile High-Definition Link) support integrated on its fifth input port. With the MHL port, you can share high definition video and audio from any of your MHL-ready mobile devices on an HDTV, and charge the connected device at the same time. This switcher support 3D 2.25Gbps bandwidth, 12-bit Deep Color, Hi-Def lossless audio and other features defined by HDMI v1.3 specifications, on all of its 5 input ports. The operation of source selection can be done easily through on-panel buttons, IR remote control, or RS-232 protocol. 2. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS • HDMI sources such as PS3 or Blu-ray player for 1 to 5 ports HDMI type A inputs and the 5th port can connect to MHL mobile device with a MHL to HDMI cable. • Output HDMI type A port connect to the HDMI display/TV. Input sources with HDMI/DVI connector or MHL device. 1 5. When the system is switch to on the green LED will illuminate. 3 6.2 Rear Panel 1 HDMI IN RS232 IR IN HDMI OUT 2 3 1 2 3 4 MHL/HDMI 5 4 DC 12V 5 1 RS232: This slot is to connect with a PC or control system with D-Sub 9pin cable for RS-232 control. For detail RS-232 commands please refers to section 9. 2 IR IN: Infrared control in port for included infrared receiver cable. 3 HDMI OUT: Connect your LCD TV or HD monitor with HDMI cables. 4 HDMI IN: Connect the equipments to the HDMI input ports 1 to 5 such as DVD player, Blu-Ray, PS3 and other sources with HDMI cable. Especially for port 5 can connected to MHL mobile device, through the port 5 also allows charging the mobile device battery. 5 Power: 4 Plug the DC 12V power supply into the system and connect the adaptor to AC wall outlet. 7. REMOTE CONTROL 1 Power button: Press this button to switch on or turn the device to standby mode. 2 HDMI 1~8: This buttons are the input HDMI hot switching keys for selecting HDMI sources.
