The HEIM DATaRec 4 MDR MAMU module is an input module for ARINC 429, MIL –STD- 1558B and PCM data. The module can be integrated in a MDR mainframe and combined with any other HEIM DATaRec® 4 MDR modules to a multi-channel recording system. The MAMU module supports 2 dual –redundant MIL-STD-1553B input channels, 2 PCM input channels and 8 ARINC 429 input channels. The module is available in the following configuration: HS510-3040 transformer coupled MIL bus version, throughput mode PCM data 100 Ω input impedance HS510-3040/1 direct coupled MIL bus version, throughput mode PCM data 100 Ω input impedance HS510-3040/2 transformer coupled MIL bus version, packed, unpacked and throughput mode PCM data 75 Ω input impedance Other versions on request

Application The Heim DATaRec® MDR series supports a wide range of applications. The modular system fulfils the challenges of the ‘Classic FTI’ as well as the requirements in the Serial FTI. Mission application such as video recording and debriefing tasks can be realized with the MDR family. The compact MDR2 is an ideal platform for HUMS- and service application where fast and efficient fault finding becomes an issue.
