Surfaces should be free of old gasket material. Exhaust deflector must be oriented toward front of tool. Bumper should snap into top cap (ITEM 2). Make sure the angled surface of the driver blade faces towards the magazine. Place eyelet in the spring down through the slot before pushing into place. Angled end faces rear of magazine. With the nail liner removed, engage the small tang on the pusher with the eyelet in the spring. Depth adjustment must be set to up position. LUBRICATION: Apply thin film of DEWALT approved grease to all o-rings prior to assembly.
