Thank you for purchasing DIGITUS DA-10294. Specially designed to play music through Bluetooth from your mobile phone or computer (through Bluetooth or line-in cord), this system provides high quality audio performance that brings out the best in your music! Please read this instruction book carefully before operating the speaker, and keep it for future reference. Please note: When you turn your speaker on for the first time, you will need to reset it. Because the speaker has an auto re-connect function, it will try to automatically connect to the last synched device. Please press the play/pause button for 4 seconds to restart the speaker, and then connect to your device. What’s Included: •

1. Power ON/OFF This can be found at the back of the speaker.
2. Power supply Attach AC adaptor cable to jack on back of the DA-10294 and plug the other end into a wall socket
3. Aux in 3.5 mm Audio Input Socket, allows connection to all PCs, laptops, Walkman, Discman, MP3 players, iPod/iPhone/iPad, Smart-phones and phones with similar audio socket. Please use the 3.5mm to .5mm cable supplied in package for connection

5. Light Indicator •
When plug the AC adapter, back light indicator will turn red, and flashing blue on the performance

When plug the line-in cable, will flashing red on the performance
•
When touch the button on speaker if speaker is on, each button light indicator will flash blue
6. Bluetooth/Line in performance /Indicator •
When you turn on the speaker, the light indicator will turn blue; the speaker is ready for pairing
•
When the speaker is in pairing mode, the light indicator will flash blue
•
Re-start the speaker, it will connect to the last synched device, you will hear ”beep…” in two times, one time is researching the device, second time is pairing the device automatically.

When plug 3.5mm jack cable, it is in LINE-IN model, the light indicator will turn red
Set-up and Pairing via Bluetooth For Music Playback The following instructions apply for a mobile phone but the procedure is the same for a music player, except that you may not need to give the Bluetooth passcode. 1. Push the power key to “on”, you will hear “beep..….” Sound. 2. Ensure that the speaker and the phone is on, press the play/pause buttons in 4 seconds to re-start the Bluetooth to connect to your device for first time use. 3. The Bluetooth speaker will reconnect in 30 seconds when restart after power off, it’s forbidden to operate this time. 4. Activate the Bluetooth function on the phone, and set it to search for the phone, and set it to search for Bluetooth devices. 5. Select the Bluetooth speakers”DA-10294” from the list of found device. 6. Enter the Bluetooth passcode 0000 to pair and connect the speaker to the phone. In some phones you may need to make the connection separately after pairing. If the pairing is successful and the speaker is in a Bluetooth connection with the music device, the blue indicator light flashes about every 2 seconds, and you will hear ”beep..…”sound
Reconnection in Event of Bluetooth Disconnection If by any reason your device and the Speaker are disconnected, such as out of connection distance or powering off, the Speaker will “auto-connect” with compatible devices that auto-search and re-connect with their last connecting device, the reconnection time is 30 seconds, pls don’t operate the speaker at that time. If want to disconnect the Bluetooth speaker after succeed in paring, can long press pause/play button.
Controlling Playback When Connected Via Bluetooth: Volume: Using the volume controls on the side of the Speaker, press the (+) button to increase volume and the (-) button to decrease volume. Pause music: press the pause/play button to pause playback when the Bluetooth connection. Press again to resume music.
Listening to other portable audio devices You can play a MP3 player or other portable audio device through the DA-10294 via the Line in Jack. 1. Plug one end of an audio patch cord into the headphone or line-out jack on your device and the other end of the patch cord into the DA-10294 Line in Jack, located on the back of the unit. 2. Turn on the DA-10294 speaker 3. Turn on and play your device. 4. Press the Button on the DA-10294 to adjust the system volume. You may need to adjust your device volume, too. Remember to turn off your device when you are done playing it.
