1. Opening of the NBBC meeting Marita Delvert welcomed the representatives and opened NBBC meeting of 2014 2. Election of Chairman and Secretary of the meeting Marita Delvert was elected as chairman and Sture Käll as secretary. 3. Election of adjuster for the minutes Trond Gjessing from Norway was elected. 4. Adoption of the agenda The agenda was approved. 5. Approval of the minutes from last year’s meeting The minutes from the meeting year 2013 was approved. 6. NBBC meeting place for 2015 Knud Graaskov invited the next meeting to be held in Denmark Thursday 29/1 2015 to Friday 30/1 2015. Adopted by acclamation.

7. Election of new President of the Nordic Baltic Bee Council Knud Graaskov was elected as the president for NBBC the following year. 8. Miscellaneous Marita Delvert thanked the Nordic Baltic organisations for their support for the Swedish apply of the Apimondia congress. 9. Closing Marita Delvert closed the meeting.
