Data Storage CooVox V2 has 3 different data storage solutions for your IP phone system's recording files, voicemail messages and call logs. 1. On board internal storage Both U20V2 and U50V2 are equipped with 8GB industrial-grade SD flash which can save up to 36000 mins (.gsm) and 4000 mins (.wav) of recordings. These files and records can be searched to review and downloaded to your local hard drive from the IPPBX Web GUI. When the SD card space has been occupied by 95% the IPPBX system will automatically delete the files and records of a month ago. So you don’t need worry about the SD card will overflow. 2. External USB storage Both U20V2 and U50V2 have equipped with USB 2.0 interface for external USB storage support. If a USB device is detected by the IPPBX system, by default all call recording files will be directly written and saved on USB drive. Even if call recordings are on the USB drive but they are accessible from the IPPBX Web GUI. Except recordings will be saved on USB, the voicemail messages and call logs will still be saved on the internal SD card. If you choose external USB storage solution, just simply attach the USB drive to the USB port of U20V2 or U50V2. Configurations are not needed. The USB info can be found on the Home page.
Notice: DO NOT remove the USB drive from the IPPBX while the system is in operation. 3. FTP data storage: Utilize your existing FTP server, or setup a FTP server with your Windows PC to receive and store files uploaded from CooVox IP PBX system. Files will be uploaded as scheduled. Force uploading option is available if the internal storage is occupied with certain percentages but scheduled time Copyright© ZYCOO All Rights Reserved

for uploading is not yet reached. Once uploading succeeded, files will be erased to free internal SD card storage. Please navigate to web menu: System->Data Storage. And connect the CooVox IPPBX to your FTP server like the example below:
In this example, the IPPBX system is connected to the FTP server 192.168.1.147 using username and password. The data will be uploaded each day at 1:30pm. And the folder to save the data is named “uploading”. The option “Forcibly upload when the flash storage is over: 60%” means the IPPBX will perform a force uploading when the SD card space is occupied by 60% even if it’s not 1:30.
