COMPACT DIGITAL RUGGED SWITCH The CDRS-200 is a Unit Level Digital Switch designated for field deployment in small and medium size units. Modular in construction, it provides an effective solution for capacities beginning as few as 8-12 stations, and extending as high as 200 stations and trunks. Suitable for regiments, battalions and brigade headquarters, the CDRS-200 Digital Switch can be connected in a meshed network.

FEATURES Full Support Through A Digital PCM Switching Matrix • 128 simultaneous calls. • Up to 12 wireless base stations supporting 8 simultaneous calls, each for rapid redeployment and short Time-To-Service. • Combat Net Radio Integration (CNRI) support. • Analog and digital stations. ISDN station support. • DTMF, Dial-Pulse, Magneto and ISDN station signaling. • Full multimedia, voice, fax, compressed video and data support. • Up to 38.4 Kbps asynchronous and 64 Kbps synchronous data rates per line. 128 Kbps with ISDN. • Fully automatic. • Built-in attendant station. Optional remote attendant. • Modular construction. Capacity gradually increases through additional cards and Expansion Cabinets (EC). • Multi-button Feature Phone support (DKT phone series). DKT Feature Phone for Intensified Communication Requirements The DKT Feature Phone is designed for officers with heightened communication and supervision requirements. DKT is a series of feature phones with up to 132 user programmable buttons. The phones have LED indicators and a large 2x40 character alpha-numeric LCD display. With a minimum capacity of 12 buttons, each basic unit can be expanded to 3 additional 40-button modules. This upgrade insures a comprehensive intercom capability.

FEATURES Combined Multimedia Capabilities The CDRS-200 combines an outstanding cost-effective solution for legacy field telephony at the unit level, with multimedia capabilities bringing modern up-to-date services to the unit. These services include fax, data transfer, LAN /WAN (with external outer), ISDN and compressed video. Up to 128 Kbps per circuit are provided.
CDRSView: Network Management Software A MS Windows-based management system, CDRSView provides important information and tools essential for efficiently and effectively managing a multi-node network from one central location. With CDRSView, both fault detection and troubleshooting are possible from either a local or a remote site. Using an SNMP protocol, CDRSView enables station feature configuration and provisioning, as well as Class-Of-Service. Connecting Wireless Subscribers The CDRS supports up to 12 base stations through the use of a basic cabinet. An additional 8 base stations can be supported through an expansion cabinet. Each base station is capable of handling 8 simultaneous encrypted calls covering a range of 600 meters in diameter. RF complies with 3 alternative standards: DECT (GAP 1.9GHz), PCS (FCC 1.9GHz, unlicensed 2.4GHz) and ETSI 300-328 Handsets weighing 200 grams use rechargeable NiMH batteries ensuring 4 hours of talk time, or 50 hours of standby time. Voice is digitally encrypted via an 8kbps vocoder. Networking with CDRS The CDRS can interconnect to E1/T1 trunk groups, other Switches (QSIG), and support either a PSTN network (CAS) or ISDN network (PRI). In addition, CDRS has trunk channel capability for PSTN (2-wire CO line), ISDN (BRI) as well as other switches (4wire E&M). Two-switch stacking capability for capacity enhancement is available
