Deluxe Popcorn Trolley This appliance is warranted to be free from any manufacturing defects under normal use and conditions for one (1) year from date of purchase. During that period, should the appliance fail to operate properly, return the appliance with your sales receipt to the store where purchased. This product warranty covers only the original consumer purchase of the product. During the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any mechanical or electrical part which proves defective, or replace unit with a comparable model. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and representation, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on our part. FOR DOMESTIC USE ONLY / NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damages from improper installation, defects other than manufacturing defects, damages from misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, alteration, lack of proper care and maintenance, or incorrect current or voltage. This warranty shall not apply to any appliance that has been repaired or altered by other than an authorized dealer or service center. If unit malfunctions, do not use the appliance and contact nearest Authorized Service Center.

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING YOUR POPCORN MACHINE Always make sure your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley is set on a flat and level surface before operating. Keep door closed while operating. Do not touch Popping Kettle while operating – this area gets HOT. DO NOT touch HOT surfaces. Use heatproof Oven Mitts when handling any hot parts. ALWAYS use handles and switches to operate your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley. Allow HOT parts to cool down completely before handling, moving or cleaning. Popping Kettle surface is HOT and should NOT be touched during popping or immediately after use. Let Popping Kettle cool down completely before handling. Use heatproof Oven Mitts when handling any hot parts. To avoid any risk of electrical shock, DO NOT IMMERSE cord, plug or appliance into water or other liquid. DO NOT IMMERSE POPPING KETTLE, MOTOR OR ELECTRICAL PLUG IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID. Turn ALL switches to “OFF” position before disconnecting the electrical plug from the electrical outlet. Unplug main power cord from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. DO NOT operate this or any other appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any way. Send the defective or damaged machine to the nearest Authorized Service Center for inspection, repair or adjustment (ONLY qualified technicians should repair the machine). This appliance has a 3-prong plug. ALWAYS use in a corresponding electrical outlet. To avoid any risk of electrical shock or fire DO NOT attempt to modify plug or try to defeat this safety feature in any way. The use of any accessories or attachments not recommended by the manufacturer may cause injury. DO NOT let power cord hang over edge of table or counter or touch any hot surfaces. Place appliance as close as possible to a power outlet to avoid tripping over power cord. DO NOT place the unit on or near a hot gas or electric burner or in a heated oven. The Popping Kettle plug should ONLY be connected to the inside of the popcorn machine and NEVER to ANY other electrical cord or power outlet. Always connect the Popping Kettle plug FIRST (located in the top inner part of the popcorn unit), and then the main power cord into the wall outlet. DO NOT pop kernels in dry Popping Kettle (without oil). To avoid overheating and BEFORE OPERATING your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley, ALWAYS add oil first to the Popping Kettle (let oil heat 2-3 minutes), then the kernels. Use EXTREME CAUTION when removing/emptying popcorn from the Popping Kettle to avoid burns from the HOT Popping Kettle, Lid or from residual HOT oil/steam left in the Popping Kettle. DO NOT move this or any appliance containing hot oil, hot water or other liquids. This appliance should not be used by or near children, or individuals with certain disabilities. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. NEVER LEAVE UNATTENDED WHILE PLUGGED IN OR IN USE. NO PARTS ARE INTENDED FOR THE DISHWASHER (except for Measuring Cup, Spoon & Popcorn Scoop). DO NOT CLEAN UNIT USING ANY ABRASIVE MATERIALS. NEVER FORCE ANY PARTS OR BRACKETS INTO POSITION. This machine is NOT recommended for outdoor use. DO NOT use this appliance for other than intended purpose. If not using your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley for an extended period, clean and cover the unit, and store in a dry non-hazardous place.

Cleaning and Maintenance It is strongly recommended to clean the Popping Kettle after every use to avoid burning excess oil that may be left in the bottom of the Popping Kettle. DO NOT IMMERSE POPPING KETTLE, MOTOR OR ELECTRICAL PLUG IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUID - Let your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley unit cool down completely before cleaning. - Turn all switches to OFF position. Unplug Popcorn Trolley from wall outlet. Unplug Popcorn Kettle and carefully unhook Popcorn Kettle from Kettle Hooks. - Clean the internal surface of the Popping Kettle with warm soapy water, rinse well and dry with clean cloth. Make sure you do not immerse Popping Kettle, Motor or Electrical Plug in water or other liquid. - With a clean damp cloth, wipe glass, acrylic door and metal surfaces. - DO NOT use any abrasive cleaners, citrus or acid based cleaners on the acrylic door as it may scratch or dull the surface. - After every use, empty the stainless steel Waste Tray (O) of any popcorn kernels and clean in warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Popping Kettle - Complete Cleaning Procedure - To thoroughly clean the Popping Kettle, make sure the unit is switched OFF and completely COOL. - CAREFULLY add 2 cups of hot water (no detergent is necessary) into the Popping Kettle. - Turn both the Stirrer and the Popping Kettle Heating Element in ON position and bring water to a boil. - Let water boil and stir for additional 3 minutes, then turn Stirrer and Popping Kettle Heating Element to OFF position. CAUTION: POPPING KETTLE AND WATER ARE VERY HOT. DO NO TOUCH. - Unplug Popcorn Trolley from wall outlet. - Let water cool COMPLETELY. - Place a cotton towel at the bottom of the Popcorn Unit. - Place a large bowl over towel and directly under the Popping Kettle (bowl must be sufficiently large to hold water from the Popping Kettle). - CAREFULLY and SLOWLY swing down Popping Kettle Handle to empty water out into bowl. - Unplug Popcorn Kettle from inside socket. - Unhook Popping Kettle from Kettle Hooks, empty out any remaining water and wipe dry with a clean dry cloth. If needed, you can also choose to clean the internal surface of the Popping Kettle as directed in Cleaning and Maintenance section above. Do not immerse Popping Kettle, Motor or Electrical Plug in water or other liquid
HOW TO USE YOUR DELUXE POPCORN TROLLEY Make sure your Cuizen Deluxe Popcorn Trolley is unplugged before proceeding to the next steps. 1) To avoid potential damage to your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley and before using it, please check carefully to make sure voltage (AC120V-60Hz) is compatible with your home. 2) Make sure the Popping Kettle is fully clean and free from any oil residue left in the bottom of the pot. Ensure the Popcorn Trolley inside surfaces are clean and also free of any oil. 3) Popcorn Unit has 3 separate function switches:

Install the Popping Kettle inside the Popcorn Unit by attaching the Popping Kettle to the Kettle Hooks inside the Popcorn Unit. Make sure POPPING KETTLE Post is well inserted into the gear mechanism in the inner top part of the POPCORN UNIT (fig.3). This activates the Stirring mechanism (fig.3). Insert the Popping Kettle's electrical power plug to the electrical socket located in the inner top part of the Popcorn Unit. Plug the external power cord of the Deluxe Popcorn Trolley into an electric wall outlet. Lift Popping Kettle Lid and pour 1 to 2 tablespoons (fig.1) of your favorite oil (vegetable, corn, peanut) in the bottom of the Popping Kettle, according to quantity of popcorn in Chart. Close OIL POPCORN Lid. Do not use butter inside the Popping Kettle 1 Tbsp ½ Cup as it will burn. YOU FIRST NEED TO WARM UP OIL IN 1.5 Tbsp ¾ Cup POPPING KETTLE BEFORE ADDING 2 Tbsp 1 Cup POPCORN KERNELS. Switch Stay-Warm Light (1) and Popping Kettle Do not exceed 1 Cup per batch Heating Element (3) in ON position and let oil heat 2 to 3 minutes. When oil is hot, switch Popping Kettle Heating Element to OFF position. CAREFULLY lift the Popping Kettle Lid and add amount of popcorn (fig.2) according to quantity of oil used. CAUTION: Lid and Popping Kettle might be HOT - it is recommended to use an oven mitt. DO NOT use seasoned popcorn or salt in Popping Kettle as it will cause oil to splatter and could cause burns or injuries. Close Kettle Lid and Popcorn Unit door. Switch Popping Kettle Heater (3) and Stirrer (2) in ON position. Stirrer will begin to rotate and popcorn will begin to pop through the Lid within 2 to 3 minutes (fig4). When unit is finished popping – you will no longer hear the corn popping – Immediately turn the Stirrer (2) and Popping Kettle/Heating Element (3) switches to OFF position. CAREFULLY swing down the Popping Kettle handle bar to release any remaining popcorn in the Kettle. This will also stop any remaining popcorn from cooking any further or burning. CAUTION: Lid and Popping Kettle are HOT - it is recommended to use an oven mitt. Keep Stirrer (2) and Heating Element (3) in OFF position if the unit is not in use. Leave the Stay-Warm light on to keep your popcorn hot and switch it OFF when done. Add desired seasoning or butter at this time. Serve your Hot Popcorn with our specially designed Popcorn Scoop and Enjoy! Repeat steps 8 to 14 for continuous popping. Always allow the Popping Kettle to cool down approximately 5 to 10 minutes between continuous batches of three. This will avoid over-heating the Popping Kettle. Unplug Deluxe Popcorn Trolley after use.

Assembly Instructions: 1.
In Package B use 2 Bolts & 2 Washers to connect TROLLEY A-FRAME (F) to the 2 TROLLEY SIDE FRAME BARS (E). 2. Connect the completed above parts (Point 1) to TROLLEY SQUARE FRAME (G) by using 2 Bolts & 2 Washers from Package B. 3. Insert WHEEL SHAFT (H) into bottom bar of TROLLEY SQUARE FRAME, insert WHEELS (I) on each side and attach Shaft Nuts on each end from Package C. Cover WHEEL SHAFT tips with Shaft Caps (Package C) using Wrenches provided (Package D). NOTE: WHEELSHAFT IS INSERTED IN STYROFOAM PACKAGING (see picture xxx). Be CAREFUL not to discard when unpacking box. 4. Assemble STORAGE UNIT (J) to completed Trolley Frame sections. Turn STORAGE UNIT upside down for easier assembly. Screw 4 Bolts (Package B) in place between STORAGE UNIT, TROLLEY A-FRAME & TROLLEY SQUARE FRAME. 5. Turn completed section back to upright position. Install TROLLEY HANDLE (D) to the STORAGE UNIT by using 4 Bolts, 4 Washers & 4 Nuts from Package A. Make sure TROLLEY HANDLE is installed on the opposite side of WHEELS. 6. Install SIDE SHELF (C) to STORAGE UNIT using 4 Bolts, 4 Washers & 4 Nuts from Package A. 7. Place the POPCORN UNIT (A) on top of STORAGE UNIT, making sure doors from POPCORN UNIT & STORAGE UNIT are facing same side. 8. Secure POPCORN UNIT to STORAGE UNIT by locking in place the 4 Spring activated LOCKING PINS located inside the top part of the STORAGE UNIT (see picture xxx) CAUTION: Make sure POPCORN UNIT is fully locked in position to the STORAGE UNIT BEFORE moving Popcorn Trolley. Failure to do so could damage or break Popcorn Unit and cause injuries. 9. Attach the POPPING KETTLE (B) to the KETTLE HOOKS inside the POPCORN UNIT with POPPING KETTLE Handle on the same side as POPCORN UNIT Door. Ensure POPPING KETTLE Hook Pins are well seated in the KETTLE HOOKS with POPPING KETTLE Post well inserted into the gear mechanism in the inner top part of the POPCORN UNIT. 10. Insert the POPPING Kettle's electrical power plug to the electrical socket located in the inner top part of POPCORN UNIT. 11. Plug the external power cord of the Popcorn Unit into an electric wall outlet. You are now ready to make the BEST, MOST DELICIOUS, FRESHEST HOT Popcorn you've ever tasted ! A unique feature of your Deluxe Popcorn Trolley is it converts to a TABLETOP MODEL in a flash: - With POPCORN UNIT fully cooled down, open STORAGE UNIT door and release the locking mechanism by pulling on the 4 Spring activated LOCKING PINS and turning them in UNLOCK position. CAREFULLY lift POPCORN UNIT, making sure the 4 Locking Pins are unlocked and place on a flat, stable and solid surface, away from heat, fire or flame (Popcorn Unit has 4 convenient rubber foot pegs).
