THE DEMOLITION INDUSTRY. OUR DEMOLITION MACHINES ARE DESIGNED USING AN EXTENSIVE UNDERSTANDING OF THE CHALLENGES FACED BY THIS SECTOR. THAT’S WHY WE’RE CONSTANTLY DEVELOPING MACHINES THAT CAN NOT ONLY WORK IN DEMOLITION, BUT THRIVE IN IT. ALL OF OUR DEMOLITION MACHINES CONTAIN BESPOKE FEATURES THAT MEAN THEY ARE BUILT TO WITHSTAND EVEN THE MOST ARDUOUS APPLICATIONS.
1 The demolition range goes all the way from large machines for breaker work and bulk handling (such as excavators and wheeled loading shovels) down to smaller machines for working in confined spaces, tidying the site and general site duties (such as telescopic handlers and skid steers).
1
2 All JCB cabs are designed to offer operators ultimate comfort. The cabs are fully enclosed shells that keep out noise, dust and debris as well as protecting operators from falling material.
Air conditioning is fitted to most models in the range; this maintains comfortable temperatures in the operator environment, even when the windows are closed. There’s a choice of filters to keep out dust and pollutants too. 3

4 Our telescopic handlers come with 2-wheel, 4-wheel and crab steer enabling them to manoeuvre around any site with ease. 5 We also offer a variety of generators and lighting towers, essential for providing power across your site and keeping you operational. 6 Some models feature reversing fans to remove larger material, reducing the need for regular cleaning and minimising the risk of combustion.
6

7
7
7 As well as offering excellent protection for machinery and operators, the demolition range has safety features to help protect staff working nearby too. Side and rear-facing cameras, reversing alarms, high visibility chevrons and proximity warning systems, for example.
Optional extras include lifting eyes, fire suppression kits (wet and dry combination) and lagging to insulate hot components in the engine bay ensuring operators safety is maximised. 8

SKID STEER LOADERS. 5. Easy maintenance The tilting cab and large rear door allow easy access to all major hydraulic and engine bay services.
1. Safety first The single JCB Powerboom boasts up to 20% more steel than our rivals’ twin arm designs, and removes the need for operators to climb over cumbersome front mounted attachments.
1
2. Built for purpose
6
Solid cushion tyres prevent punctures in even the most arduous applications, whilst an external rear guard prevents damage to the machine and its vital components. Full FOPS cab protection is fitted to shield the operator from any falling debris.
4
5
3. Ease of operation Access to a JCB Powerboom skid steer is via a large side door, a unique feature of the JCB design, with all services operated via ergonomically designed servo controls. Proportional hydraulics power a wide range of genuine JCB Attachments. 2
3
4. Visibly better The unique JCB design also provides up to 270 degrees all round visibility, a 60% improvement over conventional twin arm designs, improving both safety and operator productivity.
12
