General Specifications Upholstered Seat and Back: Seat cushions are 3” high-density upholstery grade foam. Back cushions are high-density upholstery grade foam and are tapered from 4” at the base to 3” at the top. Vinyl and fabric upholstery is available. Can use a combination of both. Upholstered seat and back cushions are fastened to bench base and bench back with hook and loop fasteners. Bench Base and Bench Back Panels: Bench bottom and bench back panels are fabricated of 3/4” thick Baltic birch with an HPL or veneer face. Edges are exposed Baltic birch core profiled square with a radius along the corners. Back panel is bolted to frame assembly with metal-to-metal connection. Base panel assembly is bolted to frame assembly with metal-to-metal connection. Café Height Counter Top: Countertop is 1” thick Baltic birch core with HPL or veneer. Worksurface is HPL. Edges are exposed Baltic birch core profiles square with a radius along the corners. Countertop is bolted to the mounting bracket on the top of each end frame with metal-to-metal connection. Counter height is 36”. Frame Assembly: The frame assembly is fabricated of 1.25” square powder coated steel tubing. End frames are welded assemblies. Bolt-together spanners complete the seat frame assembly. An integral countertop mounting bracket on the top of each end frame has a welded diagonal support arm. Legs fitted with leveling glides.
