Since 1996, THE X-RAY SOLUTION GmbH & Co.KG is a reliable and highly professional partner in the field of X-ray technology and engineering. Job Description: Design and develop a human-machine-interface (HMI) in a team for a quality proofing industrial machine. The HMI includes a user navigation (Windows based) and visualization (2D or 3D) of the process in the machine. The integration of the HMI with a database is also needed. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Machine Interface Design or other related engineering courses • Good knowledge of programming, especially in C++/C# and UML • Practical experience with Windows based HMI/Graphical-based design tools (eg. Visual Studio, Qt QML-OpenGL, or Simatic WinCC) • Practical experience working using database tools (eg. MS SQL) • Basic knowledge of image processing and computer vision (eg. OpenCV or AForge) • Basic knowledge in PLC development (eg. Siemens S7) • Good knowledge of English in spoken and written Miscellaneous: The starting salary is € 40.000. -- per year and is paid on a monthly basis. An additional holiday pay will be granted.
