The DG-KB4216D is usable out-of-the-box. Only the KVM cables need to be connected for the operation of the switch. No software installation or configuration required for normal operation.

-Combo Cable/Connector design for PS/2
The DG-KB4216D uses a unique integrated Cable/Connector design for connectivity. The -Combo Cable/Connector design eliminates the requirement of individual cables for connecting the Keyboard, Monitor and Mouse ports from the PC to the KVM switch, which further reduces the cable clutter. TM
Scalable up to 128 PCs/Servers The DG-KB4216D can be cascaded with seven additional DGKB4216D or DG-KB4208D. This cascading will enable usage of a single set of Keyboard, Monitor and Mouse to control upto 128 PCs/Servers.
Audible switching indicator The KVM switch provides an audible indication whenever there is a switching of PCs/servers. This acts as a confirmation for the user.

OSD The front panel of the KVM includes a LED display unit for port status monitoring and certain configuration.
Rack Mountable The DG-KB4216D has a rack mountable design for easy installation in a standard 19" rack. This makes the KVM switch an ideal device for a server farm/data center environment.
DIGISOL DG-KB4216D allows control of up to sixteen computers from a single set of keyboard, monitor and mouse. The Keyboard and Mouse interfaces can be either PS/2 or USB. Thus, this device reduces the number of devices in the rack and the clutter caused by the connecting cables. This is ideally suited for usage in server room or data center.
