COOL ROW IT COOLING
COOL ROW
2014: Start here!
Range of precision air conditioning units for IN-ROW installation available in the following versions: i.
Direct Expansion air cooled: 2 models with nominal cooling capacity 25 & 40 kW. Water cooled version under evaluation
ii.
Chilled water: 2 models with nominal cooling capacity 50 & 60 kW.
The COOL ROW range alongside the actual COOLSIDE EVO increasing the RC Group offer for precision air conditioning units for application in a fast growing market.

The ENERGY SAVING oriented general / operating characteristics as well as the fitted components allow to fully meet various and sophisticated needs of today Data Halls with “hot spots” / high concentrated loads: i.
Application in installations with hot / cold isle lay-out, with or without containment
ii.
Installations requiring “load sharing” working logic, with ALL units in operation at partial load for maximum energy saving
iii.
Cold isle temperature control through cooling capacity modulation based on supply air temperature
iv. Hot isle temperature or differential pressure control through air flow modulation

COOL ROW DX: control system: Same advanced microprocessor fitted in NEXT EVO INVERTER for simultaneous control of cold isle temperature and either temperature or differential pressure of hot isle. Two control logic based on cooling capacity and air flow control:
LOGIC 1: i.
Cold isle temperature control through cooling capacity modulation. The BLDC inverter compressor changes the speed following the supply air temperature (supply air temperature control)
ii.
Hot isle temperature control through fan speed modulation. The Plug Fan EC type fans change the speed following the return air temperature (return air temperature control)

COOL ROW DX: control system: LOGIC 2: i.
Cold isle temperature control through cooling capacity modulation . The BLDC inverter compressor changes the speed following the supply air temperature (supply air temperature control)
ii.
Hot isle differential pressure control through fan speed modulation. The Plug Fan EC type fans change the speed following the differential pressure between hot and cold isle (differential pressure control)
