DIGITAL AGILE AUDIO/VIDEO MODULATOR SKYMOD3 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS I. Modulator Installation: 1. Insert the male RCA connector from the video source into the SKYMOD3 RCA jack. 2. Insert the 3.5mm miniature plug from the audio source into the SKYMOD3 audio input (Mini jack) 3. Connect F to F connecting cable from RF output (F-Female connector on SKYMOD3) to one output port of a splitter. (see diagram) 4. Connect cable from Off-Air or CATV line or any other RF signal source to other port of splitter. 5. Connect input of splitter to TV RF Input. 6. Plug the provided 12 VDC, 300mA power supply into the power line and SKYMOD3 power jack. This completes the installation of SKYMOD3 modulator II. Channel Programming Steps: MODE SELECT: Every AV channel on the SKYMOD 3 has four modes. Every mode has a different channel range. The channel range mapping of those modes show as follows: MODE 0 1 2 3 Channel Range Ch 14-78 Ch 65-135 Ch 14-39 Ch 91-135 Ch 21-69 If you want to select the mode of AV-1, follow the steps below: (1) Push select key for AV-1 (2) Push mode key until the AV-1 LED blinks (3) Change mode with up key or down key Mode selection of AV-2 and AV-3 is the same as AV-1. CHANNEL SELECT: If you want to select the channel for AV-1, follow the steps as below: (1) Push select key for AV-1 until the aV-1 LED blinks (2) Change channel with up key or down key Channel select of AV-2 and AV-3 is the same as AV-1.
