After use – cleaning HACCP is a preventive inspection system to ensure hygiene requirements are met during the washing process and cleaning of the machine. As a result of its design, the machine meets strict hygiene requirements. Regular, thorough cleaning is also important from a hygiene perspective. A machine that is properly cleaned helps produce a good wash result, reduces the risk of dirt accumulating, increases the service life of the machine and reduces the risk of emergency shutdown. If the machine will not be used for a longer period, the power to the machine should be turned off using the power switch, the water supply turned off and the the door should be left ajar.
