Displaying PC Screen on DISPLAY 1 （Without video conferencing） 1 Turn ON DISPLAY 1. DISPLAY 1 2 Lower right of DISPLAY 1 Connect DISPLAY 1 and PC with VGA cable. Rear left side of DISPLAY 1 VGA cable 3 Change input mode of DISPLAY 1 using remote control. Remote control Press INPUT button and 入力切替 will appear at upper right of DISPLAY 1. Press INPUT button again and select 「PC D-SUB」mode PC ※If PC screen does not appear on DISPLAY 1, change display output settings on PC. Ex: [Fn] + [F3] Using Polycom （Video Conferencing System） 1. Powering on 1 2 Turn ON DISPLAY 1. Turn ON Polycom. Rear of Polycom Lower right of DISPLAY 1 3 Change input mode of DISPLAY 1 using remote control. Press INPUT button and 入力切替 will appear at upper right of DISPLAY 1. Remote control Upper right of DISPLAY 1 Press INPUT and select 「AV S ビデオ」mode Polycom start screen 2-1. Calling from ICS 1. Calling unregistered IP address 2. Calling IP address in call history Home menu will appear once started. Input IP address of recipient using remote control. Then press CALL button. If recipient’s number is in call history, select 「最近の通話」. Choose address and press CALL or ENTER button. Home menu 最近の通話 (Recent calls) 3. Calling registered IP address If recipient’s IP address is registered, choose 「ディレクトリ」 by pressing ▽button on remote control, and middle ENTER button to confirm. Choose IP address from list and press CALL or ENTER button. Both locations displayed once connected. ディレクトリ (Directory) ディレクトリ (Directory) 2-2. Receiving call Turn on DISPLAY 1 and Polycom. Remain at Home menu and wait for call. Home menu Once call is made to ICS, ringtone will sound and both locations will be displayed on screen. Display once connected ICS camera display 3. Ending call 1 End call by pressing HANG-UP button. Remote control 2 Turn OFF Polycom. Rear of Polycom 3 Turn OFF DISPLAY 1. Lower right of DISPLAY 1 4. Sharing ＰＣ content (from ICS) Connect PC to left connector of splitter using VGA cable. Then turn on PC. PC VGA cable Splitter 2 Press GRAPHICS button on remote control to share PC content with other location. Shared PC content will appear at both locations. Sharing icon will appear at bottom right of DISPLAY 1. PC content sharing icon Shared content Display of recipient ※If PC screen does not appear on DISPLAY 1, change display output settings on PC. Ex: [Fn] + [F3] 5. Reference: Switching display mode on DISPLAY１ Display mode on DISPLAY 1 can be switched between four different patterns by pressing PIP button on remote control. *This will not affect display at other location Pattern 1: Displays of both locations Pattern 3: PC content and displays of both locations Pattern 2: PC content and display of other location at 50:50 ratio Pattern 4: PC content and display of other location
