DMIX-41 4-Channel Digital Audio Mixer & Sample Rate Converter Features: • Optional remote selection of inputs to be mixed and timing master • User selection of 20-bit or 24-bit processing • Always active balanced and unbalanced outputs • Continuous display or status of inputs via LED indicators • Terminating or bridging inputs • Compact size: 5.2”W x 1.62”H x 6.625”D (15.2 x 4.1 x 16.8 cm) less connectors The DMIX-41 no frills, affordable, four-channel digital mixer and audio source selector combines up to four AES inputs, transparently and cost-effectively, onto a single AES output. Inputs may be individually enabled or disabled remotely. When equipped with optional sample rate converters, the DMIX-41 can combine AES inputs with different sample rates. Use the DMIX-41 to preselect and/or combine sources to expand the input capability of any digital audio console or recorder. Affordable. Versatile. DMIX-41 is the price-performance leader. The DAC provides monitoring capability. Remote switching is not required. If the DMIX is equipped with sample rate converters, inputs can be asynchronous. If not, all inputs must be synchronous. A CD player feeds a DFADE for level control, and then a DMIX for mixing. Dual mics are converted to digital, routed to a DFADE for level control, and then to DMIX. One DMIX output provides a digital feed, while the other is converted to analog using a DAC, so the mix is simultaneously provided in both analog and digital formats.
