We Are the Most Secure and Cost-effective Way to Destroy Sensitive Material A detailed Secure Chain of Custody Receipt and a Certificate of Destruction are provided with all of our services We offer: •
Onsite document shredding: Our uniformed, bonded and fully-insured shredding specialist shreds your documents in
our completely self-contained mobile shredding truck at your location. $125.00 includes up to two, 200 pound-capacity receptacle tips; volume thereafter is billed at $32.00 per tip. ($32.00 per tip equates to $0.16 per pound). •

Offsite document shredding: This is a cost-effective and efficient method for those that don’t require shredding on site. Our uniformed, bonded, and fully-insured shredding specialists pick up your boxes and transport them in an enclosed, locked, GPS-tracked Ohio Mobile Shredding truck to our secured and monitored facility. Your materials are then weighed on a state-certified scale and shredded under strictly controlled security specifications. $55.00 includes up to 400 pounds; the weight thereafter is billed at $0.11 per pound. Witnessed, offsite document shredding with dedicated pickup: We make a dedicated pickup, following which a
representative from your organization follows our truck back to our destruction facility and witnesses the shredding. The fee is $95.00 additional.

Cleanouts and purge service: We offer complimentary use of our locking disposal containers when you are sorting through filing cabinets, re-locating, or simply spring cleaning. Don’t worry about boxing your records – give us a call and we’ll drop off our locking document receptacles for you to deposit your documents into. When you’re ready, we’ll shred the contents and provide a Chain of Custody Receipt and a Certificate of Destruction. There’s a $75.00 charge for the delivery and/or pickup of the container(s). The above rates apply for onsite or offsite shredding.

Customer drop off to Ohio Mobile Shredding’s facility: We welcome you to deliver your documents to our facility by appointment, Monday-Friday, between 9 am - 3 pm. We unload your vehicle for you and shred your documents under strictly-controlled security specifications. Identification is required. Deliveries may be scheduled through our service coordinator by calling 614-236-1979 x 1 or by email to:
[email protected]. $30.00 includes up to 400 lbs., (about 10 boxes); weight thereafter is billed at $0.09 per pound. On Thursdays, witnessing the destruction is available for a fee of $20.00 for up to 350 lbs. and $5.00 per every 100 lbs. thereafter.

Non-paper destruction. Rates vary depending on type of materials: In addition to destroying paper documents, we destroy all types of confidential and proprietary materials. From microfilm and fiche to CD’s, software, hard drives, products, pill bottles, shoes, uniforms and toys our powerful shredders will destroy your materials quickly and securely. Service includes locking document disposal containers and a compliance toolkit with a customizable Information Destruction Policy and the NAID® Employee Information Disposal Training DVD. You’ll also get an annual Green Report and a discounted rate any time you have extra boxes to be shred. Service frequencies are flexible and can be arranged to fit any budget. If the pickup includes both hard drives for offsite destruction and E-recycling there is only one pickup fee. The pickup fee will be waived when the pickup is combined with document shredding service.
