Our activities: Developing and manufacturing of the diagnostic medical equipment: - diagnostic patient monitors, central monitoring stations; - ECG machines, stress-test systems and graphic spirometers.

Our activity is the production of diagnostic patient monitors, 1/3 and 3/4/6/12 channel ECG machines and graphic spirometers. There are many thousands medical devices produced by our company in use all over the world: on the whole territory of Russia, in Europe, Asia and Latin America. All our products are tested in the leading hospitals; scientific, research and medical institutes of Russia.
Our company has an a certificate of quality management system in accordance with ISO 13485:2003 for the following scope: Design, development, manufacture, maintenance, sales and distribution of patient monitoring equipment, ECG equipment and spiromerets.
Our main contracts for the last years: •We have supplied 3408 pcs. monitors MITAR 01-"R-D" and 6120 pcs. ECG Machines on the program of modernization of health of Russian Federation. •We have supplied 3164 pcs. 1/3 channel ECG machines EC3T- “R-D” and about 600 pcs. monitor MITAR 01-"R-D" for ambulances under national project of Russian government “Health”. •In 2000-2009 years we have supplied about 2000 pcs. ECG machines For Military Ministry of Russia. •In 2006-2012 the regular supplies of ECG Machines and patient monitors on government projects in Uzbekistan, Turkey, Indonesia and others. •In 2009 we have equipped cardiovascular and prenatal medical centers and supplied our health evaluation complexes for the national wellness program. •Export is about 20%

In EC12T there is a possibility to connect external memory (Flash card), external keyboard and laser printer for simultaneous printing of 12 leads on A4 paper format via USB-А port. Internal flash memory allows to use EC12T in bed wards without ECG printing and then via internal flash memory transfer the data to PC for the analysis and archiving. It allows to use several ECG machines with one PC. Wireless data transfer via bluetooth serial adapter to PC.

There is a possibility to use BIS technology in monitor Mitar-01-”R-D”. BIS technology can help clarify the distinction between brain and spinal cord responses, enabling clinicians to manage anesthetic goals of hypnosis, analgesia and immobility. · Because BIS technology measures electrical activity in the brain, it provides a direct correlation with depth of consciousness (hypnosis). · BIS technology enables you to assess consciousness and sedation independent of cardiovascular reactivity.
How BIS Technology Works: · Raw EEG data are obtained through a sensor placed on the patient’s forehead. · The BIS™ system processes the EEG information and calculates a number between 0 and 100 that provides a direct measure of the patient’s level of consciousness. · A BIS™ monitoring value of 100 indicates the patient is fully awake. · A BIS monitoring value of 0 indicates the absence of brain activity.
