3.0 Inspection: 6.1 All the items mentioned in Table-1 will be inspected by the purchaser before delivery. 4.0 General information: 4.1 Failure to provide any clarification on the above specifications will lead to rejection of quotation without seeking for any clarification.
5.0 Documents: 5.1
To be submitted with the quotation
5.1.1 Detailed catalogue of the offered items mentioned in Table-1, be provided along with the quotation. The bidder shall confirm whether the product quoted for, is meeting all the requirements of the specifications. Any deviation, however minor it may be in the opinion of the bidder, shall be brought out in the bid. 5.1.2
Taxes, duties, insurance, P & F shall be clearly mentioned in the bid for all the items quoted.

PART-III : Notes to bidder
1.0 The bidder must make point by point comments on each item of the aforementioned specifications, clearly indicating either the compliance or deviations between offer and the specified requirements. 2.0 Offers should be accompanied by relevant technical literature (catalogue related to the product offered, mentioned standards etc.). 3.0 The bidder shall clearly give the references to previous DPS orders executed by him for similar items. 4.0 The bidder shall give quality assurance program of the firm. 5.0 Bidders having in-house test facilities will be preferred. 6.0 Part quotation shall not be considered. The quotation shall not be considered if the above mentioned points are not adhered to.
